Wash day! Morning Star gathered up the clothes and went to the river. The day would be beautiful and once the washing was done she would go to the cave. In her long walks along the rivers edge she had stumbled up on a cave. She would come here to think and meditate on lifes ups and downs.

wasing was done and the lady hanged the cloths on a line so they could dry ,she went inside got her walking boats and went on her way tot he cave

it was dark and damp, but she could hear the sound of trickling water from a distance. This excited her as she started back straining her ears to hear where the water was coming from...

she heard the noise closer than a minute ago
but she still'didn't kwnow aht ti was ,and she couldnt'see a thing either
a shiver cae over her back ,and she felt like someoen was watching her

Beads of sweat started to pop out on her forehead and she begain to shake - she called on Wonka-Takanka and held her medicine bag closer how she wished she had some sort of torch...she looked all around her straining her eyes in the dark...searching for other eyes....

She slowly slide down the wall of the cave to the ground. It was cold and she drew her arms around her, trying to ward off whatever it was. Where did the eyes go....was it human...was it animal....was it spirit. As she sat there another thought filled her mind....what time was it - they would be worried about her back at camp....how could they find her.....she tried to pray but could not she was shaking so bad......

And then she heard tha sound of water again. She stood up and followed the voices and the noise of the water, which lead her deeper into the cave. The cave started to change from cold, black stone into a light grey and suddenly she found herself standing in front of a lake in the biggest cave she had ever seen. She couldn't see any lamps, but the cave was a light as it had been filled with daylight. A figure appeared on the water. It looked like the girl's grandmother standing in the middle of the lake. She was smiling at her grandchild and streched one hand out. "Don't be afraid", she said. Somehow the girl new she should take her grandmothers hand and go with her. Somehow she new also she wouldn't drawn in that lake, that she would be able to breath, even under water. She would be able to see everything and there was no reason to be afraid. So the girl stepped into the water. It wasn't cold, but warm. Not hot, just beautiful warm. Like your bed in an early morning. The girl went deeper into the lake. Her grandmother was still standing there, waiting for her. The water reached the girl's ankles now. She went on, untill she reached her grandmother. The water wasn't deep. It didn't even reach her knees. The grandmother was still smiling and still treatching out her hand. The girl took it and the hand felt like it was a real hand, not the hand of a ghost. And then they started to sink into the water. Into the water and into another world.

She was surprised she could breath underwater and see everything so clear. She could look up and see her village - she wished with all her heart her family could know she was safe.....she knew by now a search party would be sent to find her. The grandmother was motioning for her to follow....and as she did the scenery changed....the water was becoming darker, there were men in strange looking clothes out along the river bank....

So bright that it hurts the woman's eyes in the first time. When she opened her eyes again she and her grandmother were standing on a huge glade in the middle of an even bigger forest. The trees around her were old. The woman could her them whisper. She was standing next to her grandma. "Where am I?" she asked her. "Why did you take me to this place?" The grandmother gave her a sign to be quiet and pointed at the trees. There stood several creatures. Men, elves, animals, unicorns and other beautiful creatures. Little light flew around that looked like little children with colored wings on their backs. The flew so close around her, that the woman could her them laughing. Everyone was watching her.

She got so swept up in them...they were beautiful, she'd never seen elves before and the trees - oh how tall they were. She was so caught up in this moment that she forgot why she had that little ach in her heart....there was one elf she could not take her eyes off of....he was standing there as if in a trance looking at her....gosh he was beautiful...his long flowing hair - deep set eyes.....

Legolas continued to stare he'd never seen a women so beautiful but yet dressed in such clothes....and so many beads and her hair braided like that. He thought if she looked this beautiful this way - just think of how beautiful she'd look dressed in elves gowns - oh his mind was racing. It took Haldir to bring him back to reality.....the forest was thick and her thoughts kept going back to the one elf.....

She wanted to know where her grandmother would live or would she just go back to the spirits.....when she entered - the furniture was hand made - since she had always slept on mats on the tei pei floor the bed was strange to her. Suddenly she felt afraid - to be here all alone.....what would she eat.....or would she remain alone. The forest seemed to her as not an ordinary one....she felt it could have life.

hey I just came across this story.....see how my mind is....
I found another one I started - I'll share it here.
The Ring
The ring had been destroyed and Sauron with it. Frodo had saved middle earth! In the great hall toasts were drank to the victory and to the fallen dead. But mingled with the celebrations was sadness for Frodo & Sam had not been found – nor Arial, only daughter of Celeborn and Galadrial.
Search parties were being made up to look for them. Gandalf would go to Treebeard. As the search parties were leaving the city, Eomer noticed a tree, resembling Treebeard, coming in their direction. They road out to meet them. As they approached him Treebeard stopped. In his branches he carried three small burdens. Frodo, Sam and Arial. They were very ill and in need of immediate healing. They were taken up on the horses and Treebeard bidden to return to the city with them. Gandalf, Eomer and Irolos rode with great speed back to the city – they need to get them into the healing room. Arwen was there to meet them and she was beside herself when she saw Arial but knew somehow she would pull through. She had always been the strong willed one of the family, course Arwen could be strong willed herself. Eomer gently laid Arial down on the bed, Irolos, Sam and then Gandalf Frodo. He knew they were very week and in dire need of nourishment and rest. Aragorn came up with Treebeard and bid him tell his story – but there wasn’t much to tell for when he found them by the river – all three were in a deep sleep.
At dinner that night their hearts were glad – the Fellowship once again was reunited,
Denethor and Theodan saved from Saurman’s spell and reunited with their children – yes it was a happy occasion. Treebeard did not eat but only drank – he was enjoying the fresh water of Gondor and deep within his own thoughts. As the dinner progressed a servant came running to inform them that one of the party had waken – it was Sam. When they reached the healing room a happy reunion took place. He was bidden to tell the story if he felt like it which he did. He told them of the happenings after he and Frodo went off on their own. He noticed Faramir and Boromir he told them Faramir helped them get out of Osgiliath. He also told them he had stumbled upon Arial quit by chance. When Frodo was taken by the orcs, after the incident with Shelob, he went to get him and, there he found Arial, along beside him. She told him she had strayed too far from home gathering herbs and that a band of orcs had stumbled upon her. She told Sam that she was supposed to be a present for the Great Eye because they thought she was one of the Fellowship. Word had reached Sauron of the 9 leaving Rivendale. The orcs and urchs had orders to find the Fellowship, but not to hurt them in anyway. One of them carried a weapon that would help them win the war. They were to be taken to Saurman alive and unspoiled. Sam freed them and they sat out for Mt. Doom to destroy the ring. It was a treacherous path and had it not been for Arial, they’d not succeeded. When they reached Mt. Doom, Gollum was waiting for them. He hit Sam over the head and started beating on Frodo, Arial managed to knock him down a cliff but he climbed back up. As they stood there on the edge Frodo had the ring but Gollum fought him for it and in turn they both went over the side. Arial managed to grasp Frodo’s arm but Gollum and the ring fell into the molten rock. Arial used quite a bit of her strength to get them to safety and once reached – they laid down to rest – that was all he remembered until waking up in the nice soft bed.
Frodo woke the next morning and was delighted to see Gandalf and the rest, then he turned to look into the room that Arial was in. Frodo asked Gandalf if she would survive and all Gandalf said was “she has a long road ahead of her”. He was on his guard when speaking of Arial. Frodo left his bed and went to Arial’s room. He sat on the bed and took her hand. Arial was very much in a deep sleep and waking from it, well that would be a miracle indeed.
