    P51 F-6D unidentified parts
    Hi all,

    herer some unidentified parts:

the one looking like an old clock is perced by projectiles of little diameter, (I think it was shot after the war for some "training" by any hunters in the woods )

The assembly with iron and alu is : ASSEM 99-34152

The other one, in a light metal, is an articulation for some cables? The end of the two numbers are:
    ...06
    ...160

Whre do these parts come from?

    Thanks for help.

    Flyingkag

    Hi,

the number "99-" should be a part from a P-51A.

The cartridge looks like as a 8x57mm (German)

    Regards
    Nils

    Friends,

I also have the 99-34154 part ! It's not in my manual but I'll have another look tomorrow... ;) By the way, mine is from a 'D' type so was used in several models...

    Regards,

    Paul

My 99-34154 part looks like the bottom one on the picture from Mathias.
Did another check and found it:

Fitting Assy - Tail wheel declutching cable idler link attaching

99-34152 : Link Assy - Tail wheel declutching cable idler actuating

    Mathias,

You're right. It's position (the whole structure on which it was attached to) is located just aft of the tailwheel doors.

    Mathias,

    A picture of a part 99-3415(?)
Probably 34150 - Support Assy - Tail wheel declutching camshaft (either left or right hand...).
    It was attached to 34154.
