Liberator parts ?
Hello,
i think these are Parts from a B-24 Liberator, but iám not sure.
Can someone help me to identified these parts.

Hi Talon,
you are right, this are parts from B-24 , but I don´t know what version.
I have looked into my part catalog of B-24G and have only found the numbers 32D1228 and 32D1238
The gear part you have found is the same what I have found on the crashsite of an B-24H-10DT (41-28733) and have no idea about the function...

If I were to guess Pictures 1,2,3,4 maybe a hatch bracket with part of a locking mechanism and one side looks riveted to either the hatch or hatch frame.Have also seen them type of bolt head marking which if I remember are to do with the high tenstyle of the steel (used for high stresses).
7,8,9, I would be tempted to say that is part of a gun turret rotating ring which were driven via a gear which would be in mesh with the teeth(driven by a electric motor). Hope this gives you some idea's.

I have identical part like yours on photo 1,2,3. It is from one B-24J, and numbers on part are: GK? D8301 and B-544787.
