P51 F6-D parts
Hi,

I'm working on a P51 F6-D crashed in France; I have found any parts with serial numbers, that seem to belong to a same piece.

All of these parts are on inox metal (not oxyded- but not aluminium) olive painted.
The stamped numbers are following:

109 61806 - 6
109 61806 - 4
109 61807 - 8

The biggest one is a rectangular part, 135x98mm long:

109 61369

I can read on it , with dark-blue or black colour, hand painted, the following letters and numbers:

S772 160000

?K23615 ??

Could someone identify these parts?

Hi, the 61806 and 61807 (very possibly from stainles steel (tin, but very strong)) is from wing armament systems, but I am unable to identify it exactly. The same is for 61369. This should be from the gun shaft of the P-51 wing (sorry, do not ID exactly). May be, photo can help.

Don't have this number in my manual but I suspect it's from the gunbay somewhere...
