I'm surprised I've never written poetry about LOTR, given how much I love the books/films!

First Lord of the Rings Story
    BOROMIR & ANALOYN

    SCENE: Gondor Home of Boromir
Characters: Boromir, Faramir, Uri-ki and others from The Lord of the Rings. Treebeard, Riders of Rohan, Gandlaf.
    Rating: Undecided
The writer acknowledges that she has never met any of the people from the LOTR’s and this story is purely fantasy and for the enjoyment of the group. The name Analoyn is made up, the name Ashwin is a very dear friend of mine.

Fictional Characters: Lady Analoyn, Ashwin & Travelers
STOREY: Families traveling from Rohan to Bree get caught in a violent storm and take refuge in Gondor. The travelers are offered hospitality in various homes, however it was his request that Lady Analoyn come to his home.

    CHAPTER 1

Analoyn woke to find herself is a very lavish bedroom hoping that if she was dreaming, she’d never awake. The last thing she remembered was being picked up and thrown out off the carriage by a terrible wind. She thought about her father and the others, and wondered if they had survived. Set sat up but immediately fell back – she hurt all over and noticed on her arms some scrapes, scratches and some bruises. Where was she – she thought. Meantime a few rooms down Boromir lay in his bed exhausted from the days events. It was he who insisted the girl be brought to the castle. Some where re-cooperating in various homes others at the Inn. There would be time enough to tell her of her fathers untimely death. He wondered if she still intended to go onto Bree or was going to go back to Rohan. He had learned the group was headed there to live and farm the lands which were lush with green pastors. The group left Rohan to branch out. Rohan was growing and becoming over populated. As tired as he was he found he could not get Analoyn out of his mind…and sleep would not come so easy.

The next morning came with a bright sun and calm winds. There was a knock on his door. The servant came to inform him that the young lady was awake. Analoyn upon waking felt better and still felt like she was in a dream. It wasn’t till the servant girl told her she had been brought here to re-cop her strength and rest and that the master of the house was Boromir. Analoyn had heard that name before. He was one of the sons of Gondor and a very brave man.

The servant brought her a beautiful day gown and assisted her to dress. It wasn’t long before he came into her room. She found him very striking, his piercing eyes, shoulder length brown hair. He had a certain air to him – one that seemed to command respect.

He introduced himself and she did likewise. He then asked about her injuries and how she was feeling. Thanking him for the hospitality, she found herself blushing under his scrutiny and Boromir found he couldn’t take his eyes off of her. She told him of the journey and of the sudden storm, that seem to come out of no where. She inquired after her father and he told her the best he could about his death. He was startled when she showed little remorse, however upon hearing of other deaths she bent her head down and cried. He immediately reached for her – his arms inviting her to rest her head on his shoulder. He gently stroked her hair and spoke soothing words to her. He told her she was safe and if she still wanted to go to Bree – he’d see that she got there safely. His arms were strong and she felt so safe being in them. He asked her if she was hungry and she said yes. He then called for the servant and asked that breakfast be served in her room. He was captivated by her and wanted to get to know her.

Analoyn found herself relaxing in his company. She told him of her mother who had died in childbirth along with her younger brother. She told him she had an older brother who was with the Riders of Rohan. She talked of the people in Rohan and some of the names were familiar to him. She told him how the village was becoming so crowded that some decided to move onto other places in middle-earth and start a new village.

In the short time he had already spent with her, he knew it was going to be extremely difficult to see her go, but then Bree was not far and his travels took him that way. He had plenty of women to take care of his needs, but he was turning 30 and felt it was time to settle down. Too something about this young lady made his pulses stir more than with any other women. She was extremely beautiful with her long flowing dark hair and deep set eyes. As breakfast concluded he excused himself to attend to other duties and she decided she’d take a nap. She was still weak and her whole body ached.

A lady in the castle, it was about time, thought Boromir. Not since their beloved mother’s death had there been any in the castle. As he walked to the stables he pondered on the memories of his mother and the good times they had. How he missed their mother.

Later than day, Faramir returned home and after eating and taking a rest, Boromir asked him if they defeated the Uri-ki . Faramir told him “no”. Apparently the group they were tracking west, doubled back heading north – back to Gondor. This was a surely the work of a betrayer in the group. With the soldiers gone the Uri-ki could wipe out Gondor .Boromir was glad that his brother had scouts watching them otherwise the city would have be unguarded. As they left the castle together he told Faramir about Analoyn and the travelers.

Analoyn felt up to taking a short walk. The servant girl who was assigned to her went along. Analoyn got along well with the girl and hoped that they’d become friends. She found the short walk to be breathtaking. She was natures child and loved everything that grew in the earth. When she came upon some of the travelers they informed her they would be staying put for a while because of the roaming Uri-ki. Analoyn found herself uneasy but was assured that Gondor was well protected. Mary, the servant girl’s name explained that her master would not let anything happen to her and for the first time in a long time he was happy. As they headed back to the castle a horn was sounded. When they looked to the north they saw horsemen galloping along with some speed. Mary took Analoyn’s arm and lead her back inside. It was too her relief that Boromir appeared. The riders were some distance and she could not see them well, but from a telescope Boromir announced it was the Riders of Rohan. This lent speed to Analoyn’s feet as she and Mary proceeded on into the castle – to make ready the welcome. Boromir looked again and thought the Riders of Rohan regal -- heads held high.

Once the horses were bedded down, the riders made their way towards the castle. Boromir had called a meeting to bid them welcome and come up with a plan of attack.
On the way Ashwin saw a lady from his village. It set his heart beating faster, wondering if Analoyn and their father were here. Time enough to find out he had been summoned.

Analoyn had gathered some flowers from the hillside when she walked earlier to put in her room but decided they should be in the dinning area so she and Mary worked to arrange them in the vases that sat upon the tables. Several servants were asked to get some more and soon the dinning hall was filled with beauty. Even though she was not the lady of the castle, they obeyed her.

When Boromir came through to make sure everything was in order, he couldn’t believe his eyes. It was beautiful, his mother use to set flowers upon the tables and he wondered if Analoyn had done this. Mary, when questioned, had confirmed her involvement, knowing that the master would be pleased. Boromir asked Mary to have Analoyn come down and join them. He was anxious for her and her brother to be reunited….though he should probably inquire before to make sure he was still alive. Also too many years had gone by without a women gracing the dinning hall – it would be nice to have female company.

When the riders reached the dinning hall, they were greeted by Boromir and Faramir, each taking a set and being offered ale. The group began to relax, all except Ashwin. He was nervous and wanted to inquire about his father and sister. As he sat looking around a sevant came and asked him to come to the head of the table. Upon arriving there he was introduced to Boromir and his brother. Boromir inquired as to whether he had a sister named Analoyn and when he answered yes, a smile lite Boromir’s face. He told Ashwin that his sister was there in the castle and broke it as gently as he could about their fathers death. Once again he saw no remorse in the son’s eyes but relief, he was about to inquire but suddenly the room became quite and all heads turned to the door way. There stood Analoyn. Boromir found himself out of breath and rose to escort her to the table and introduced her as Lady Analoyn. Then he told the group the young lady was one of their brother soldiers sisters. Ashwin turned and what a joyous reunion it was. She fell into his arms and he held her tight. She had tears in her eyes for all to see. She asked if he knew about their father and he said yes. Soon the servants brought the first course of the meal to the table. She was invited to take her place at Boromir’s side, her brother to her left. The dinner was wonderful and the talk enjoyable, but soon it was time for her to leave so the men could discuss war plans. All stood as she took her leave, Boromir escorted her out to the hall way before planning a kiss on her forehead. He wanted to take her in his arms but knew this would not be the time.

Analoyn was assisted to undress by Mary and since she was not sleepy invited the girl to stay and talk. The kiss she had received had sent a sensation throughout her body that she’d never experienced before. She and Mary talked about the days events and the walk they had taken. Mary did inform her that the walks would more or less be forbidden with the Uri-ki and Orchs marching towards Gondor. She could still walk in the city but Boromir would not hear of her leaving it to walk in the hills and valleys. She asked Mary if she was scared of the approaching battle and she said yes, but when Mary told her there were hiding places in the hills, unknown to the Uri-ki and Orchs, her mind eased to a degree. Mary said good-night and went to her own room. Analoyn laid there in her bed – her thoughts in turmoil. Should she tell him how she felt? Did she want him to go to war without knowing she loved him? She knew true love existed but never thought she’d find it….she drifted in and out of sleep…..

Meanwhile back in the dinning hall a plan was being laid. It was thought that the women and children should go hide in the hills before the battle – this way they could be sealed up and the Urik-ki would not know how to get to them. These caves in the hills had been carved out years ago, whole tribes could live in them and go unseen.

As soon as the last detail of the plan was laid, all departed to their beds. It was agreed that a double guard would be put at the gate and be changed every 4 hours. Men were asked to sleep with their swords by their sides. Since the enemy made a loud noise upon approach the city would have time to react, but why take any chances.

Boromir made his way up to his room and knew that he had to tell Analoyn just how he felt. He could not go to war without her knowing. Gathering up his courage, he knocked on her door and was surprised when she answered. He came in and approached the bed. She invited him to sit by her. Their conversation began with talk about her brother and he could tell she was very happy to be reunited with him. He also told her the dinning room looked beautiful and it was thanks to her. He went on to say that it had been a long time since a women’s touch had been in there and for that matter that a lady had graced the dinning table. He told her of their mothers death and their fathers…. but she could tell something more was on his mind. She reached out and touched him and it set him on fire, he reached out to hug her and slowly lay her back down on the bed. When she gave no resistance he bent to kiss her. She responded to his kiss and stroking his arms and back, arching her body to his. When he finally pulled away, she could read it in his eyes. He held her while he told her about the coming war, going into hiding and how much he loved her. He felt it was fate that brought them together and he did not want to leave her without her knowing how he felt. Analoyn was smiling through her tears as he said these things and he felt no surprise to him when she told him she felt the same way. She was worried about him going off to war but knew the city had to be made safe. Boromir then asked her, if God saw fit to spare his life, to marry him when all was said and done. Analoyn of course told him yes.

When their lips touched again Analoyn knew she could no longer hold back from this man. He was the love of her life – her soul mate. In just a few short days she had found true love. Boromir’s lips move down to her neck and shoulders – his tongue set every place it touched on fire. She responded just in the way he had hoped for which gave him encouragement. He was slowly removing her gown from her shoulders down, and Analoyn let her hands explore his sides and back. He slowly made his way done to her breasts and lingered there for quite a while. He could feel himself swelling and knew he had to be gentle with her but it was going to be hard to do. She responded to his body, arching hers to meet his. He let her help him remove his clothes. By this time Analoyn was on fire – every inch of her she wanted him so bad – they had been doing this for about 30 minutes and she was ready. Maybe it was wrong to do so before marriage but hadn’t he proposed? She would be his wife in due time. She wanted to know his love and give hers to him in return, so when he went off to war he could take her memory with him. She did not know that war would start the very next day.

Boromir slowly slide her legs apart with his. With his free hand he started to caress the inner parts of her thighs working his way up, as his fingers got close he could tell she was ready for him. As gently as he could he guided his organ to the outer walls and slowly started to enter her. She was extremely tight and he could tell it hurt her some as he heard her gasp in pain. Once he began he took both hands and held them under her head – kissing her lips and neck. Analoyn felt pain with each thrust and it felt like her insides were being pushed up to her chest but her body voluntarily arched in a way to push him deeper inside her – she wanted all of him in side her – once the pain quit it was somewhat pleasurable. Boromir was now putting his hands under her butt as the full length of him entered her completely. He held her butt slightly off the bed then in one swooping move picked her up. He managed to slowly turned her over on her stomach – once this was done he pulled her waist up to where her knees touched the bed and proceeded to reenter her from behind, there were so many positions and he knew he’d eventually have her in all of them but for now the two he enjoyed the most would suffice. She was everything he thought she was and she felt so good. He had been holding it for quite sometime now but knew he’d have to release it, and he could tell she was reaching her climax - when it came he slipped down on the bed with her underneath him. He eventually rolled over and they laid there side by side for a bit. He was worn out and she very sore. He could tell it was but a couple of hours till morning but he had not the strength to return to his own room, so he turned towards her. She snuggled down beside him and they both drifted off in to a deep sleep.

    Chapter 2

Boromir woke with a startle – in the distance he could hear commotion and quickly dressed. All he wanted to do now was get this war over with and come back to his wife – she was his wife all but in name. He didn’t mean to wake Analoyn but was glad she woke. He sat on the side of the bed and told her he must leave for now – though his heart was breaking. She told him she understood and when he finished reach for her to hold her close and give her one last kiss. They told each other I love you and with that he was gone. She had tears in her eyes as she laid back down. He went out into the hall and looked out one of the windows, about that time Faramir and Mary rounded the corner and the look on their faces told them what he had feared. He sent Mary into Analoyn to help her get ready to move to the caves. Faramir told him that the watch had seen black clouds in the distance – and they were very close to the ground – he decided to use the scope and realized the black clouds were Uri-ki and Orchs. He immediately called for Boromir but since they couldn’t find him Faramir was called. Faramir gave the order at once to evacuate the city – women and children only. Did Faramir know that he had spent the night with Analoyn? If he did he would not say anything. His brother deserved some happiness and it was a shame he would not get to enjoy it until later.

Mary came in all excited and told Analoyn they must get ready to move to the caves. Analoyn had some trouble sitting up and when she went to stand it was even more difficult. Mary came over and helped her – as she moved to the wash room Mary laid out a dress for her and began to pack a few things. As Analoyn washed she noticed blood streaming down her legs and quickly washed it off. She had been told a long time ago that virgins normally bleed some when they are first with a man.

She doned the dress and then left with Mary. There was a long line of women and children with servants heading toward the back of the city. In the distance she could hear the marching of the Uri-ki and lifted up a prayer for everyone’s safe return.

Ashwin found her and gave her a hug – he told her with the 2000+ from Rohan and some of the other middle earth cities, that it should be over quickly. Before he left her he gave her a note and a small bag to take with her. She would open it later once settled.

With the women and children in the caves the entrance was shut flush with the outside – unless someone saw them going in – they would not be found. But how would they know it was safe to come out she wondered. It was then that Mary told her that after all was said and done a soldier would come and let them know….if not there was a secrete whole where they could take turns looking out. This cave was a deep one and had a lot of tunnels off the sides.

The women at once set about themselves and talked among each other – some cried and some prayed. It was at this time that she remembered the bag and note. Slowly she pulled it out of her dress pocket and upon opening up the bag found a ring – as she opened the note she read…..

    My dearest Analoyn,

I am sorry that I could not take my leave of you before you entered the caves but I know you understood. I have sent the ring that was my mothers, please wear it as a sign of our love and promise to wed once this war is over with. I love you so very much, and I am glad I can take the memory of last night with me. I now fight for more than my life but for the life of my love and family that I hope to one day have. I know Mary will take good care of you until I can.

    All my love,
    Boromir

The ring was beautiful and she put it on her left hand. Mary, upon seeing it, came over and gave her a hug. She was extremely happy for her. As she went back preparing the afternoons meal, Analoyn wondered if she could invite confidences from Mary. She wanted to ask her questions, things a daughter may ask her mother. Finally when they were eating she asked Mary if she knew about the night before. Mary blushed and didn’t really say anything till Analoyn told her it was ok. Mary noticed that the bond between them had grown stronger – never had she had a lady invite confidences and was glad Analoyn had faith in her. Mary told her that she had sensed he was with her because the guard could not find him. Some thought he may have already seen the approach and was making ready for war, but her senses told her different……

Meanwhile as the brothers were making ready the armies and posting them throughout the city, Boromir’s thoughts went back to the night before. He still had her sent on him since he’d not had time to wash and change, but that was ok, her love for him gave him courage, and just thinking about it made him feel anxious. Had this war not happened so suddenly he would have had their bands called that day and married before the end of the month.

The ones in the caves could tell when the war reached the city, they could hear the noise and firing of guns/cannons/boulders – had then been deeper in the cave they would have heard nothing.

After a while some of the women tired to sleep – Analoyn along with them. She felt drained. She and Mary had found a place to sit – far enough back where the noise would not reach them. She closed her eyes and thought about the night before. Never had she known such a closeness could happen between a man and a woman. Before long she was asleep and it was a sound one.
She was suddenly woke up and told to move out – apparently someone had noticed a small bit of light coming from the side of the cave they entered. Immediately they wondered if someone had seen them go in there or if the fighting along the city walls had cause the earth to shift. The women and children moved quickly down one of the tunnels only to emerge in darkness. They had come out in Fangorn Forest. Afraid to go too far outside, they made there way back into the entrance and all agreed to stay in the cave unless they had no choice.

Stories were soon going around about the forest. It was an old and rumored to be haunted. A long time ago the elves, upon coming to middle earth, fell in love with the trees and taught them to communicate. They called them Ents and for a long time they multiplied and grew. They spread out like the middle earth people did but developed new forests. It was thought that the Ents had long since died but they spirits haunted there and those who went in – never came out. Analoyn thought this would be better than suffering at the hands of the Uri-ki.

Mary sat close to Analoyn straining her ears for any sound that may be coming up from behind them. She also told her that Orchs and Uri-ki never entered the forest but would cut along the edge. Analoyn thought if they had to go into the forest there would be hope of being found and maybe if some Ent’s were still alive they could beg mercy and life. Analoyn loved the forest and was fasinated…..

Meanwhile the battle was raging and the men were winning. Coming to their aid was Gandalf and the elves from Rivendale and Mirkwood, however a couple of the Uri-ki came upon the crack in the hill and decided to investigate. Now when they made their way in – the found the remains of a community and from the looks of stuff left behind, knew it was women and children. Could this be where the people of Gondor had taken refuge? With their keen noses for man flesh, they had no trouble learning which tunnel the women and children had gone down – but the one thing they couldn’t do was cover their smell. Some could smell Uri-ki and Orchs a mile away.

It wasn’t long till Analoyn noticed a smell coming from behind – several had made comments about it but it wasn’t till one women called out “it’s the smell of Orchs and Uri-ki” only then did they run – as fast as their legs could carry them. Some unfortunately did not make it out into the forest and their screams could be heard by all. Mary and Analoyn managed to climb an old tree and upon getting to the top of it’s branches became very quite. Others climbed up trees while others ran. The Uri-ki and Orchs did not follow them into the forest but decided to devore the ones they had caught. Analoyn tried to shut her ears out to the screams of those below – the unlucky ones to have been caught. She tired to conjur up a vision of Boromir, anything to get her mind off what was going on down below.
Soon it was daylight and from looking down form the tree tops they could see the carinage of that night’s flight. Analoyn was not feeling well and thought she could vomit at any time. The others were talking amongst themselves, some were crying others in shock. Mary wished they would stay quite. She believed very much that Ents were still alive but just chose to stay where they were….she was worried but at least they had nothing to fear on the ground.

With dawn came the end of the battle and at last the warriors returned to the city. Gandlaf road beside Boromir back to Gondor, the elves headed back home. Gandalf enjoyed talking with Boromir and soon Faramir joined them but they were interrupted by a soldier who came running saying the cave had been broken into and the women and children were gone. Boromir’s heart filled with fear and he ordered the soldiers into the caves to search. He said “forgive me Gandalf” and road ahead. It was Faramir who told him of Analoyn. Gandalf got quite and closed his eyes. When he opened them he assured Faramir that everything would be ok and decided to set out on his own. Faramir road on and upon entering the caves saw the things they left beyond when they had fled. Search parties were being formed. Some would go down each tunnel to see if anyone was there. Boromir headed down the middle tunnel dreading what he may find.

Meanwhile Gandalf crossed the hill and came to the edge of the forest…..looking down he saw a pitiful sight. The bright light hit Analoyn’s head and she looked up trying to see. All at once Mary gave a little scream and when she turned around – two eyes were stairing at them. She felt she’d pass out but didn’t. It was at that moment the Ent looked up and saw Gandalf, cocked his head as if he were listening and then turn and smiled on the two in his branches. He introduced himself as Treebeard and begged them have no fear of him. Analoyn smiled back and started to speak but no words would come out. She managed to hug the branch that held her and heard a soft moan come from the tree.

Gandalf made his way down the side of the mountain and was standing at the entrance of the cave waiting to meet the men. He took in the site around him and felt the women and children needed to be carried out another way…so they would not have to come close to this ulgness.

The women and children could hear the cries and screams of the men and their hearts gave way to tears. Those on the ground stood close to Gandalf and when their men came out ran to meet them. Boromir and Faramir came out and Gandalf could tell Boromir was in pain. Faramir had not had the chance to say anything to his older brother, but one look from Gandalf sent his heart beating wildly. He just knew that Analoyn was ok but Boromir needed assurances. When he came to Gandalf – he was told to look up. To his relief there sat Analoyn and Mary conversing with this huge Ent.

Gandalf told Boromir that it would be wise for those in the trees to depart the woods on the other side. Boromir agreed to this but first wanted to hold Analoyn in his arms. With one look from Gandalf, she was sit down on the ground and immediately picked up by Boromir. They hugged and kissed and she never wanted to let go of him. He introduced her to Gandalf but then made her go back up in the tree – Treebeard would carry her and Mary to safety on the other side of the woods. Gandalf would be with them and in a couple of days he would see her again. There was a lot of cleaning up to do and repairs.

Some of the women and children returned back with their men but those in the trees decided to go out the other way. Analoyn sang songs from her childhood and one in particular was for the woodlands. Treebeard warmed to her and told them stories. It was a two day journey to the edge of the forest. Mary ceased to be afraid and began to relax as did the others. They all seemed to enjoy the free ride but were still numb from their trails and sad over the friends they had lost.

What a job they had cleaning up the cave and the city. Boromir’s heart was full of grief over the losses of some of the men. He knew that he could have very well lost his beloved Analoyn to them. He was thankful for Gandalf and the elves help. He told the elves if they ever needed Gondor’s help just to get word to them and they would be there. All this while Analoyn filled his thoughts and it was her face he saw when he took his rest. He vision the night before the battle and was thankful there would be many more nights like that. He knew he had to marry and do it soon. Their love-making had been spontaneous and reveling and without using certain precautions. He hoped eventually they would have a child.

    Chapter 3

The two day journey flew by and Analoyn was thankful to be back on solid ground. She was extremely happy to be back at the castle. She invited Treebeard to come and stay but told her there were things brewing he needed to take care of but would always be close by. Soon Boromir would be coming to greet her and she needed to be ready for him.

It was so refreshing to soak in a nice hot tub that she quite forgot the time. She was not dressed by the time he arrived at her room. She wrapped herself in a towel and fell into his arms -- he held her close. She knew that the desire was there and before long they were on the bed making passionate love. She got back in the tub and he joined her – they took their first of many joint baths together. He talked about the upcoming marriage and wanted to do it within the next few weeks, she agreed.

Those weeks were hetic ones, she did manage to find a dress, she decided to wear the dress of his mother – it had to be taken in here and there but it was beautiful. Faramir assured her that his brother wouldn’t mind. Gandalf would officiate the ceremony. He had spent some time with her and was happy for them. He knew that Analoyn would bring a peace to Boromir and settle him down. Her brother Ashwin was extremely happy and thought that his sister had done well. Meanwhile Boromir was having his chambers refitted, they had been done in a man’s fashion but he knew he’d need to add a few refinements suitable for a lady. Their wedding feast would last several days, however he and Analoyn did not have to stay for the continuation of the festivities. It was custom for the bride and groom to depart and the guest continue.

Finally the day came when Analoyn and Boromir would marry. She and Mary were up early that morning, the dress on, her hair fixed with flowers….she was quite ready, nervous too. Her brother meant her at the door to escort her down the long hall to where everyone was waiting. As she entered the hall, Boromir had tears in his eyes. His mothers dress was very becoming on her. He imagined this is how his mother must have looked on the happiest day of her life…even though after that she didn’t have many. Boromir would not dwell on those now. Analoyn finally made it to his side and after a few short minutes she and Boromir were joined together.

The feast was wonderful and the people so friendly. All of Gondor was rejoicing. It was going on mid-night when she and Boromir slipped off to his room. She was pleased when she saw how lovely it was. They undressed each other and climbed into bed – only to remain there for 2 days. Servants would bring their meals to them in the sitting room then disappear out the door. Analoyn was very happy. Boromir’s steps were lighter than they had been in a long time. For a while peace reigned over the lands.

    Chapter 4

Life in the castle had been wonderful. After the first year of marriage Analoyn gave birth to a son and was expecting their second. Seems hardly 3 years ago she’d ever dreamed of being married.

    NEED TO FINISH THIS ONE

    At Christmas
    “At Christmas”

    At Christmas time I think of all things I hold dear;
The love of friends and family that last throughout the year.

It’s a time when all the people — be they great or
be they small find that the simple joys of giving
    are truly best of all.

Weather it’s cards, candy or other gifts — Oh the
Joy that it brings, when all hearts share in the joys
    the Christmas Season brings!

    written by Nancy White

    “As Christmas Approaches”

As Christmas approaches, it is a special time for all to see,
The love of the Christ child shine through you and me.

It’s not in the things we’re getting, toys, clothes or the like,
But the simple things we’re giving that make it truly bright.

Good friends that we cherish all through the year,
and each and everyone of them we hold especially dear.

As Christmas time approaches may we all be truly blessed
with peace, love and happiness, the things that are the best!

Thanks mouse - neither of them or finished or maybe I should cute the LOTR one off after they were married.

The two poems I wrote the first one "At Christmas Time" was actually made into a Christmas card and sent to family and friends. I wish I had more time to write and hopefully once I get a computer for home I'll have more time.

    Re: Stories and Poems

    eddiefever - 13.12.2008, 23:45

and a Short Story i made
it's the 1st story that has only 1 chapter :big_rofl

    Fear

changes ppl. let them think & see things that are not there.
    it destroys loves & lives

    or...

is there still hope for these 2 lovers?

    ------

"don't frikkin lie to me. i saw it myself !!!
unable to control his anger ,he slams his hands against the table.
a vase filled with roses falls to pieces.

she looks at the vase ,2 single tears escape from her eyes.
as much as she tries to control her posture ,
    her body quivers from shock.

she shouts back ,trying to restrain her apprehensive feeling
"than you saw it wrong!! it couldn't have been me ,cause i never kissed anyone!!"

    he came closer

"how can you Frikkin' say that ,as if my eyes would decieve me. unlike you"
he points his finger at her. he's so close that his finger almost touches her face.

    her face crinches a bit.
it took her everything to not turn it away

    i..iii'mm... not ..your ex.!!!
she tries to speak properly ,but fails as fear takes a hold of her mouth.

he knew she was right. he came to the conclusion that his fear had taken hold of his brain & maybe even his eyes.
she would never do that ,right?? ....or would she???
he never thought that Ronja would do it ,...but she did. so why not her???

while his heart & head are still in torment of what to believe ,
she walks away from him ,his confused look follows her till she stands still.

    "where are you going"
holding the nob of the open door in her hand she turns around so she can face him.
    locking her eyes with his
    she breaths deeply.
finally able to speak without stuttering,
ready to face whatever he might say or do
    she says: "away from you"

he fully understood what those 3 words ment. he saw it in her eyes.
they showed determination ,but he could swear he saw a little fear in them as wel.

"what?? ,can't we talk about it"
he pleeded with her. his eyes betrayed his deepest feelings.
he was also determined ,but also feared to lose the love of his life.

she knew he wasn't like her previous boyfriend ,Aiden.
he was a bastard who liked to show who's boss
and she knew that eventhough he looked like that type ,he was the exact opposite.
he had always shown his affection towards her. never hit her once.
not even now ,in the heat of the moment.
yet at this moment her new man looked just as fearful as Aiden had been whenever he slapped her around.
she sobbed a little as she said: "what's the use."

she turns around again & walks out the door.
leaving him with a broken heart.

what he didn't know is that her heart was just as broken as his.
cause she realised that she can't start a new relationship until her Fear is gone.
and he had to realise it to.

    --------

will they ever get back together??
who knows ,maybe Fate will cross their paths once again ;)

    Re: Stories and Poems

    eddiefever - 14.12.2008, 20:29

    thx ,but no thx.

    i like writing.
i liek ti a lot ,but just liek Poems it only ahs limited times to be written
after a few days i lose my inspiration ,sometiems it's even just a few hours.
so when i don't write it at that moment it'll take months before i get new inspiration again.

that's the bad side when your inspiration is emotion :(

    Re: Stories and Poems

    Idril - 14.12.2008, 20:32

yeah, that's true. Luckily I don't have problems with that ;)

    Re: Stories and Poems

    eddiefever - 14.12.2008, 21:32

    than your a Lucky Lady

    here's another poem of mine.
it's an old one ,so you might have seen it on an old forum

    Final Goodbye

i look at my room 1 more time
and try to keep it as a picture in my mind
i wonder if i will ever see this place again
    and if so ,than when?
a single tear runs from my right eye
it feels like a small part of my heart had just died
i turn around and close the door behind me
and locks the door with my remaining key
i lay the key under the mat so the new owners will have no trouble of finding it
while i am walking over the path in front of my house i feel like a flame in me has lit
like i'm destined to walk this path
that this loss an hurt is not gonna be so bad
i feel a power ,a light building inside my heart
like nothing can tear me apart
a thought comes to my mind that my future will be as large and ( tender) blue as the sky
i get in my car and look 1 more time and said my final goodbye

    Re: Stories and Poems

    Re: Stories and Poems

    eddiefever - 16.12.2008, 20:28

    good :D

    here's another poem

tell me how to show you....
    the beauty that i see,
    ....right infront of me

    tell me how to uncover...
    the love that's hidden
    ....deep inside of you.

    tell me how to warm....
    this cold and lonely heart
...that you don't even wish to hide

tell me how to make you see...
that this coldness that your giving me
    is breaking me apart

    show me...
why you feel so empty inside

isn't there anything that can make you feel alive?

    show me...
    what broke you down

you can't keep living like this ,
...or don't you wish for change?

    how can you not?
..never knowing if someone's real & true.

    always wonder...
what will be the next move
    ...to get to their goal

    not everyone is like that..
    ...so cold hearted & untrue

let me show you the truth that's inside of me
so you can see ,that there is more in life than your reality

solitude is not the answer ,friendship is !!

grap my hand and let me lead you the way
    ....to a better life.
i will not let you fall,
    for I will carry you.
when you can no longer hold on.

    Please ,Take my hand...
    ....before it's to late

this one you girls have have seen already ,cause it was inspired byt he death of my Grandmother (sorry Idril :? )

    At Peace With Destiny 04-11-2007
(Dedicated To All My Lovedones Who Passed Away)

follow the light to where it may lead
where you go there is no need to breath
for you there is no more Pain & no more Sadness
all that you feel is Peace ,Love & Gladness
Glad to be healed & whole once more
(ofcourse) our hearts now feel sore
because a long time will pass before we see you again
but you will wait for us till then
our hearts are also filled with Peace & Love
cause we know you are watching over us from above

    Re: Stories and Poems

    eddiefever - 16.12.2008, 21:14

i noticed that i've poted it already in another thread so here's a make up for it.
    A Joyful Poem :D

    A Dream Come True

    The smell of palmtrees
    ,soaring on the summer's breeze.
    the sound of the sea
    ,that's moving (totally) free.
    the touch of the sand
,that i'm holding in my hand
    falling through my fingers

    ,this day will always linger
in my heart and in my mind
whenever i want to see it again
    ,i just press rewind

this truely is the perfect sight to see.
like a dream this day feels to me
the day that will combine our love
in the horizon there flies a dove
which makes me think of The Lord above
i pray to Him and thank Him for all my blessings & His Love

    saying "I Do".
to the man i've longed to be.
from this day it's not You & me
    ,but us & we

    it's a dream come true

since i haven't written anything for the (Vamp)story yet ,so i decided to show ya'll my new poem.
as a making up thingy ;)

    Creatures of The Night

    sitting on a stone
    also known as my trone
    watching the clouds passing by
waiting for the sun to die

    as time grows near
    the sky becomes clear
knowing that the moon has arrived
cause i feel my body turn back to life
    free once more
i can't hold back an inner roar

    .....

    a tear escapes my eye
cause once again time did fly
    away to some other land
not comming back until day time ends

as i run back to my resting place
something catches my eye ,so i stop my pace
a delicious desert just walked by
imagening the taste alone makes me high

i can't hold back ,i have to take a bite
cause that's what we do ,the creatures of the night
