Okay for everyone who hasn't eard the news about Zahn's new movie Searchers 2.0 here's all links to the info available for now. It was filmed for two weeks beore Christmas and should be coming out in May and it's about a couple of men who take a trip from L.A., through Arizona and to the monument Valley in Utah on a journey of gasoline, revenge, and justice. Part of the movie was shot on the Navajo Indian Reservation which would naturlly lead me to assume that Zahn's character might be Navajo. I can only guess for now and will only know for sure when the movie comes out. From the description of the movie during filming it sounds like a very exciting movie and Zahn told me that Searchers 2.0 was an unusual film whic makes it only sound more interesting, and Zahn had to do quite a bit of driving for the film.

An IMDB page has been posted for Searchers 2,0 and it has Zahn's character listed as Rusty Frobisher.

Oddly enough there is a Friz Frobisher played by Sy Richardson who is African American. I believe it is highly possible that one of three scenarios might possibly explain the racially different characters same last names.
1.) One of the Frobishers was adopted by the other Frobisher's family
2.) They could be half brothers
3.) They could merely just be unrelated characters who happen to share the same last name
But, as always we will never know for sure until the movie comes out. :roll:

Searchers 2.0 will be premiering in late August at the 64th annual Venice Film Festival in Italy. And for all you folks in the U.K. it will air on the BBC in December according to the mySpace page of Del Zamora, the lead actor of Searchers 2.0.[/code]

Searchers 2.0 has been completed and scheduled later this year for release. Searchers 2.0 stars mex/apache actor Del Zamora, Sy Richardson, Ed Pansullo and Hunkpapa Dakota Indian actor Zahn McClarnon. It's set in Monument Valley. Very low budget, but directed by Alex Cox (who directed Repo Man).
Help get this film on the map for wide release!! Because they are doing this on their own outside the major studios, they are REALLY dependent on website hits !! Go to
