Ich beginne das jetzt gerade für mich zu entdecken...da ich ja nun auch eine Flatrate habe (freu)
Aber ich finde keinen gescheiten Sender :cry:
Und zwar suche ich einen, bei dem AUCH mal Zep gespielt wird (aber nicht nur), sondern überhaupt gute Musik, wie Doors, CCR usw. (ihr kennt ja in etwa meinen Geschmack) ;-)
Eben Zeugs, was in den Mainstream-Sendern nicht läuft ;-)

Auf www.wolfgangsvault.com gibts ein tolles online Radio, finde ich.
Da werden lauter live Songs gespielt, die damals z.B. im Fillmore West/East etc aufgenommen wurden :wink:
Ich find die haben auch ne gute Auswahl :-)

Vor allem ich finde die Auswahl jetzt schon wirklich so klasse, aber wenn man mal bedenkt, dass die weiterhin vergrößtert wird und im nächsten Jahr dann noch unveröffentlichte Videos dazukommen :-)

MORE ARCHIVE MATERIAL RELEASED FROM THE VAULT
The US internet site wolfgangsvault.com have released yet more material from the legendry vaults once owned by concert promoter Bill Graham until he died in a 1991 helicopter crash. Whereas before only snippets were available, now whole concerts can now be heard on the site including 33 minutes from the Led Zeppelin January 11th 1969 Fillmore West show and over an hour from the April 27th 1969 show from the same venue.
If that wasn’t enough also available our shows from the likes of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's (a stunning 3 hour set from December 15th 1978, at the Winterland) Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Sly & the Family Stone, Taj Mahal, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Frank Zappa And The Mothers of Invention, Traffic, The Allman Brothers Band and Terry Reid. If you're a fan of music, from the mid-'60s to the late '80s, there are many hours of great listening. They have mined the depths of Bill Graham's archives and expanded there music inventory with the King Biscuit Flower Hour and Silver Eagle Cross Country to create one of the greatest collections of live music in the world. Nearly every great classic rock musician is represented as well as an eclectic mix of newer artists, early punk, hard rock and even a little country. The music has been pulled straight from soundboard or special multi-track recording facilities and all have been digitally remastered.
The site does require registration, but it's minimal and free and the administrators promise downloads soon.

Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead Sue Web Site Over Memorabilia Sales

Dec. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Members of the Grateful Dead and Led Zeppelin sued the operator of Web site Wolfgang's Vault for copyright violations, saying concert memorabilia and recordings were being reproduced and sold without permission.
The artists, who also include Carlos Santana and members of the Doors, claim that site operator William Sagan bought the archives of rock promoter Bill Graham after his death in 1991, according to a copy of the complaint supplied by the plaintiff's lawyers, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. The complaint was filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, Gibson attorney Ashlie Beringer, who is based in Denver, said in an interview today.
Sagan, contacted by telephone, said he wasn't aware of the lawsuit and declined to comment.
Graham's archives contained promotional items and personal memorabilia, such as concert posters and T-shirts, that weren't authorized for sale, Gibson, Dunn said in a statement. The complaint alleges that Sagan sold items including baby clothing and wrapping paper bearing the names, voices, likenesses, photos and trademarks of the artists.
After Graham's death, his estate sold his memorabilia to SFX Entertainment, which was later acquired by Clear Channel Communications Inc. According to the complaint, Sagan acquired the archives from Clear Channel. Sagan is based in Minnesota and once owned a medical claims-adjustment company, the complaint said.
Plaintiffs include Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead Productions, Santana's company Cadenstansa LLC, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger and John Densmore of the Doors, and George Morrison and Pearl Courson, who represent the intellectual property rights of late Doors singer Jim Morrison.
The lawsuit is Grateful Dead Productions, Cadenstansa LLC et al v. William E. Sagan, Norton LLC and Bill Graham Archives LLC, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California (San Francisco), 06-7727.
