Since we have recently had problems with people not attending raids, or only doing so on very rare occasions, we have decided to apply more strict rules than before for "offliners".
From this day on, members of EightyFivePoundMightfish that do not attend at least one raid during any given period of two weeks will be removed from the guild, if they have not either informed their classleader that they will not be attending raids for a given period (fx. during vacation, exam periods, etc.), or stated so in the offlining forum.
It is perfectly acceptable not to be able to raid for a given amount of time, but it is not possible to manage a guild if we have no idea what our members are doing, or how many are actually willing to be members of a PvE oriented raiding guild; we need to know how many members of any given class are actually available, so we can decide whether or not to recruit more members!
Though the above mentioned rule might seem harsh at first, we believe that it is necessary to enforce strict rules in order to make sure that the guild can continue its progress.
