Er.. are they both supposed to share a cooldown?
I mean if you use blink the dispell goes on cooldown with it. :\

Yeah, thats because blink used to be on the sword that now does dispel.

And when blink became its own item the attribute that controlled its cooldown was still in the same catergory as the dispel sword.

Thats the best i can explain it not being a mapper myself.

In other words, it should hopefully be fixed in next version.
