Hi,
in the upper right corner a countdown will start and 5 sec before zero you will see the following picture with a pop up window:
Close the popup window and start the download by clicking on the button
behind the popup.
I hope this will help to download the file.

Followed your instructions for downloading the video, Liz, and those worked fine. (The sex site popup still comes up after you close the window, but just right-click on the window in the taskbar and hit 'Close', problem solved.)
However, I'm having issues with that codec you recommended to download--do we need all of those files on the left-hand side in order for it to work? I did the "install" file, tried opening the video with that, to no avail. Please walk us through the codec installation and use if you could. I'm not handy with that stuff...
In the meantime, will try and get my DivX to cooperate, maybe that will run your file as well...
EDIT: Yes, the new version of DivX will play this just fine. Download it here:

Just uncheck the newsletter box and skip that step; just click on the 'Download' button, and that should take care of you. If it doesn't, let me know. I didn't have to go that route as I had an old version of DivX already that just needed updating.

mmmmmm, brings back memories, last year, just got back from China where I bought a new camera, the first gig was Antwerp, I filmed Fairground as well (didn't even knew how the camera worked hehehe) :D
But I don't know how to put that film on the internet :-(

I'm an idiot when it comes to media coding and swapping (you'd think, for as much as I use it, I'd know more by now!!), but I do know that to help with downloads and such, you'd want to use a compression codec such as DivX or Xvid. Liz seems to know a bit about it, maybe she'll be nice and give you a tutorial...?
Depending on which software you downloaded, you should now probably have what you need to encode your video for uploading to the 'Net...

I also like the moment of change most of all. It`s great to see Mick grinning. :lol: Everytime I watch the video I can feel the tension in the public. Everybody around us waited for the moment of change, but didn´t exactly know when it would happen. Great feeling!

Which set of software did you download, and which computer did you put it on (home or work)? Might be able to help you troubleshoot...
Are you able to watch any other video files in other formats? I seem to recall you having trouble before--you might need to upgrade your video card on your computer, not sure what you've got in there. That would be something to talk to a proper techie about as I don't know specifics on them--how they work and all. Couldn't even tell you what I've got on mine. I just know it does what I want it to. :oops:

All the other video technology software (Real Player & Media Player) runs fine on my computer. I've uninstalled the Dell Jukebox because it was giving me too many problems.

Hmmmm...I know that videos that play in RealMedia and Windows Media use a different kind of coding than this video's done in, hence the need for a different player--but I would think all of them would require a video card to be installed. Again, I don't know the ins and outs of this--talk to a Dell tech, they might be able to help. They could probably also sort your issue with trying to play the video on the Perfect Love single (or did you get that working?) Sorry I wasn't more help... :oops:

Well, if the video card came installed with the Dell, then I probably have it & just don't know it. Yes, I got the Perfect Love video CD working finally. I did what you had told me & it worked. Thanks for that.
