We don`t have a guild-house cos it doesnŽt make sense. The houses in Dofus aren`t really built for guilds but for individual charas who have too much money on them:

You get a personal code to enter the house - now imagine 50-60 ppl knowing that code. It`s almost a sure thing that you will be scammed of the house and/or the stuff in it if just one guild-member someday get`s mad at you for whatever reason...
