Boy, did I bite off more than I could chew. :D But they're here at last, have fun!! What I'll do here is post a general one and make some notes.
First, I know it's insane, but I could not find any non-SR links on Dave, John, or Dee. (Even though I know Dave's worked with the likes of George Michael and ABC.) For Sarah I only found one, and it did not come up in a search--I just knew about her work with Duran Duran after having watched her on their latest DVD! Here's the link:

Click on the “Archives” link when it comes across—look in Manchester, 18th April (?), Wembley 14th April, and Wembley 13th April for a few shots of Sarah (nice one of her and Simon LeBon in the 13th April one!) There may be more further down but I didn’t look.
Second, a general resource:

Use the Search function to find studio credits for each band member.
Search for:
Ian Kirkham (note: there is also a trance DJ with the same name!!)
Kevin Robinson
John Johnson (8th one down, though I think the last one’s a goof-up)
Dee Johnson
Chris DeMargary
David Clayton (though be cautious with this, I don’t know that that Free researcher is also him…note it’s DAVID and not DAVE, you won’t get any hits using that)
Sara Brown (I know, misspelling, but if you use the proper one, it pulls up some white chick from my neck of the woods!! )
Kenji Suzuki AND Kenji Jammer; you get credits for both
Steve Lewinson AND Steve Lewison (note the misspelling of the last name—it gets hits, unfortunately!! Oh, and for the record, he did NOT play drums on ‘Peace’, that was whoever entered the info reading the liner notes wrong)
Peter Lewinson AND Peter Lewison (yep, they did it to him too—and note it’s not PETE)
This isn't COMPLETELY comprehensive, but it'll keep you busy. Rarer stuff you'll really have to hunt for. (Like some obscure Japanese release/band that Steve and Pete worked with that I found tonight. You bet I'm going to hunt it down!!! :D )
The other band members I'm going to put up in their own topics as they each have a few to consider, and you really don't want to see the size of the document I would have to copy/paste here if I were to do it in one shot. *laughs*
5 hours shot but the search was fun. :-D Enjoy!!
EDIT: By the way...how I did the search was to use www.metacrawler.com and www.yahoo.co.uk (UK-only search); using everyone's individual names. For the Yahoo search, put names in quotes to narrow the search. Used alternates for a couple (Dave and Pete in particular).

I kept coming up with a soap opera actress when I did a search :) I wish there was more on the girls~ they are just fantastic! I want to know who Dee pumps iron with! She is buff!

Too many!!! Millions of hits.
There's also:
--more than one Ian Kirkham (a trance DJ and a councilman)
--more than one Steve Lewinson (and this will make you laugh--the other one IS a lawyer, like Steve initially wanted to be!!!!!!!!!!!!)
--more than one Kenji Suzuki (several, but the one that stands out is the genetics/biology professor)
--Dee AND John Johnson (they both have a lot of alter egos!!! :-) )
--Kevin Robinson (main one having something to do with sport)
--TONS of Dave Claytons
No great amount of extra hits on Pete or Chris though.
