Okay, I have a question:
What could we, the fans, do to support F&J? I mean mainly kinds of advertising on the internet (because it's mainly gratis)
What do you think would be effective? Banners in other forums (e.g. as a signature) or any other ideas?

I've made up my mind and one of the things on my "How can I support Flotsam"-list is just done: I created their new website.
Other suggestions are:
- create a fansite - and this forum should be a part of it
- be active in other metal forums and put there news about Flots
- make handouts by yourself and put it at your local Music-Shop or in Pubs where Metalfans meet
- I like the way BIOHAZARD involves their fans: www.biohazard.com and there: Street Team
- put a big Flotsam-sticker on your car (don't know where to get)
- search for Metal radio-stations, which are playing requests of their listeners
Any other idea??

I work on a german F&J fansite, should be done after my holidays (around beginning of september or so) but I'm not sure if this should be only done in german language. I wonder if there are enough Germans interested in this.

Hi Flotzilla!
I would do the fansite more "international" with the choice of German or English version.
If you need help let me know (but I'm on vacation from 4th of July until 24th). And before you're finished let us have a look .... :wink:
I have a list of the websites where you can put the link of your fansite. And if the site is really brilliant I'll put the link on the official Flotsam website.

P.S. Was it your message to build a german fansite on the old Flotsam messageboard?? There was the name N.A. Or is somebody else working on a fansite, too?

I know it's a shame the idea of such a site existed for so long and I never began to work on it. :(
Thanks for offering help. I will put up this site multilingual (maybe a spanish version would also be cool). But this of course will take me longer to finish it. And since I'm not that skilled concerning English language, I guess I will need help.
