    Chara Bio, Ereleyn Aviar
    Hi everybody!
I am here in the tower to learn a lot about the one power and, of course, to bond a warder, and have fun, and ... well... that sounds as if I`m here out of free will. Ehrm. You know, I`m from Arafel, in the borderlands, and we used to get into big fights against shadowspawn. Or perhaps I should say, the grownups did. Isn`t fair, is it? All the excitement just for them! But I was a smart one! I learned how to follow them, even if they had left hours ago! I could sense where the shadowspawn was, avoiding them, if they were too many. Well, actually, avoiding them all the time until I found my fathers raid, because, you know, why kill them if nobody knows? (blushes)That brings no fame. I used to stumble in front of the raid, screaming a bit, like gyaaaahhhh! You know, girllike!, and ran off in the directon of the shadowspawn these dump grownups couldn`t find. Ocassionally I`didn`t even have to scream, because they had seen me long in advance because of the glowing light around me, or the smoke cringeling from my skirt. Don`t tell anybody, but it IS a bit scary when I suddenly start burning out of excitement. Sometimes, the shadowspawn saw it first, and that was the kind of trouble I caused.
My mother is from Cairhien. Did you ever try to argue with a Cairhienin woman? They actually have ARGUMENTS to beat you! Well, I did, and I am half Cairhienin, too. It worked, until, one day, there was a little... accident. I am totally innocent, of course. Actually, I saved everybody. There were some Trollocs, in the very town were I lived, and I found them first! Beeing lucky, and at the same time not, they were hiding in a haybarn until the night would fall. The excitement of me creeping up behind them did the rest. My skirt caught fire, as well as the hay, and they were totally roasted. The rest of our hay, too, and several other houses. But that`s no reason to bundle me up like this and send send me away, is it?
She said *mocking voice* "Child, I don`t want to see you again near the blight until you can control your powers! You do understand me, do you?" As if I had no ears! And then my OWN mother dared to hand me over to a three mens guard and told them to BIND me, until we were some days away! Can you imagine that!?! And my father only nodded gravely! HAh! Of course I could have escaped, if I would have tried, but then, if I go to Tar Valon, I can perhaps learn how to summon ants into the bed of my mother, and make fathers sword become gummi, and really roast the shadowspawn insted of... well.. my own skirt. So now I am here, and it`s soooooo exciting!
    *Little bit of smoke rising*
Hey, why do you look so strange? Hey...!
*little flames licking at the bottom of the skirt"
Hey, you! Don`t run away! Hey!...
    *Heat spreading*
I have so much more to tell you!
*Tries to run after, but then the fire becomes so hot and burning that she has to pay attention to it. You are long gone until she manages to put it out*

    ...

Anyway. since the fire is put out and there are people to listen again, I can as well continue my story.
My mother thought she could lock me away in the white tower, behind thick walls and a whole BUNCH of Aes Sedai!
    Hah!
As interesting as the White Tower might be, I have ended up in an even more interesting place. How that came?
It started with an accident (as so often). We were travelling towards Tar Valon, and on the way I had a lot of time to imagine all the things I would be able to do when I would become an Aes Sedai! Great! So exciting! -That was, when one of the horses (ok, it was the horse of the guy that refused to unbind me for the first few days) caught fire. I didn`t mean to hurt the poor beast (perhaps that guy, but not a lovely horse!), so I kind of started to panic. As well did the horse. It nearly trampled me down when I tried to put out the fire! When we finally managed to handle the situation, that guy was really mad. Unbelievable, but he QUIT! I mean, how can he do that, just in the middle of a mission??? After just a week!!! He didn`t even get any payment yet, and if my mother would ever hear of that... Ok, his tent was burned, and his sword melted, and sometimes he would awake in the middle of the night because smoke took his breath. But he never took as much as a scratch, I swear.
To make it short, he left, and of the others nobody was willing to take the lead. They seemed to be afraid of something. So I dismissed them as well. Where is the use of men that run from fire?
Only problem now was that I didn`t know the way...
In the blight I had learned the one or other thing. I could track down shadowspawn, but my senses told me there was none available here. I could track people, if I knew them. No use, here, either. But I also always had unbelievable luck. That was the point! It took me only two days until I found rumor of an Aes Sedai travelling west. Another three days until I catched her, in the night, when she and her warder camped.
I watched from the trees for a while, thinking I would see some great magic tricks or whatever. But there was nothing. I waited, and waited, growing very impatient, until, finally, she moved her hands in a strange way. And I coul SEE a weave! That was, when my skirt started burning again. I just couldn`t controll it!
That Aes Sedai saved me. (was like a whole waterfall rushing down on me, hurt a bit) I told her she should bring me to Tar Valon, because it was my mothers wish. Didn`t think Aes Sedai would listen to me, but she agreed. We travelled together, but she would refuse to teach me anything. How dared she! When something caught flame, she would distinguish it and give me another waterfall as well (even when it was her warders cloak that burned.) And after a while, I wondered why we kept moving to the west. For Tar Valon should be in the other direction...
    ...
However, my skills at the Game of Houses are very limited, and so I didn t find out what was going on for a long time. Especially since that Aes Sedai was well trained in it. She made me believe that we were going to some stupid diplomatic meeting with withecloaks first! I... must have misinterpreted her somewhat. In fact, we ended up in some lonely ruins in the middle of nowhere, something that they call Manetheren, because once there was an old nation named so. Not even rats to fight in there!
I would have loved to burn something out of desparation, but I was... well... in the wrong mood for it. The Aes Sedai called it a block.
Until I foundout that it wasn t just ruins. I knew it as soon as we were standing in front of the other one. Another Aes Sedai. As unmovable as that Moraine. (Have the proof, cause when I saw her I started burning)
Moraine told her that I was a wilder with the rare ability to channel fire, that I have a block hard to erase, but easy to go around due to my ... lively ... nature (wanna have a proof? *eyes sparkling in excitement*)
and, worst of all, that I might proof USEFUL!!! Hah!
Of course I am useful! I can sniff a trolloc from a 100 miles distance! I can set aflame EVERYTHING! (If it is exciting enough). Useful! HAh!
But the ultimate, the uttermost, the... extrasuperhyperdamn ...thing was that she said I could never be a darkfriend because I was too cute for that! (Well, it must have been a secret code or something. NOBODY calls me cute! Nearly as bad as sweet!)
I decided to stay anyway. (Partly because Mother pointed out what normally happens to persons who try to leave secret places and could tell somebody about it.)
Even if I don t know what exactly we are doing here, it IS interesting. I know because I can still burn things. But that s dangerous, now that I have become a novice. (See above) Some day, some day I will become an Aes Sedai myself! Then I can burn whatever I want, and I can go and hunt Trollocs and Shadowspawn in the Blight, and the Darkfriends all over the world will know me as Ereleyn, the Burning One!
