Wings and Gems are sold by GM's. I dunno if a high level artisan that can create gems can make gems or not, never done a dealer myself. the wings though i know you can't make, because you can't find feahters for drops.

Wings and gems aren't sold by GM's.
Wings drop from monsters in-game [high drop rate].
Gems drop from; goblin king, astaroth king ans supreme monsters.
Castle Gear can't be get for now, the CG craft skill isn't added to the dropping system, why? Because everyone will have a CG and this will lag the server like hell!
Only mats can be bought from GM's.

Lol sorry freedom. Last i knew the GM's sold the gems and wings for high prices. didn't know monsters were dropping them.
