On behalf of Chancellor Bear285, Vice Chancellor Dave the Borg and IBKW, we wish to enter into formal negotiations regarding an alliance between our two great clans. I will attach our treat documents for you high council to review. When you wish to continue you may contact myself, Bear or Dave. We look forward to the logical conclusion of this endeavor.
DIPLOMATIC ACCORD:
Between IMPERIAL BROTHERHOOD OF KLINGON WARRIORS and the Destiny Dealers, negotiated by Ambassadors of these respective governments.
All diplomatic dialogue will take place between designated representatives of both groups. Unless otherwise specified, the chief diplomatic representative from IMPERIAL BROTHERHOOD OF KLINGON WARRIORS will be Big Kahuna; the chief diplomatic representative from the Destiny Dealers will be [ally representative name].
PART I - PREAMBLE
The terms and conditions having been negotiated and agreed to be identically understood between, the Destiny Dealers and the Imperial Brotherhood of Klingon Warriors, who mutually pledge to each other their solemn word for the following purposes, effective Star Date: May 5, 2007
To reconfirm the balance of power in the Quadrants while accepting each other as worthy opponents in role-play Bridge Commander, Armada II and partner in matters of real life.
Thus, to define a stable and lasting relationship and understanding between these two governments; a relationship which relies on communication, cooperation in mutually beneficial activities, and the pursuit of peaceful enjoyment of their respective organizations in the STAR TREK Universe.
PART II - DECLARATION
Representatives of IMPERIAL BROTHERHOOD OF KLINGON WARRIORS, hereafter known as IBKW and the Destiny Dealers, hereafter known as the DD, to declare that an alliance has been formed for the mutual benefit of their respective organizations.
PART III - PURPOSE
This Alliance does not denote the implication of a merger, or for the purpose of a coup de etat, but to strengthen the individual organizations in the world of fandom and promote good will between organizations of similar interests and concerns.
PART IV - STATEMENT OF SEPARATE ENTITIES
Under the provisions of the Alliance, IBKW and the DD will remain separate entities governed by their established organizational bylaws and guidelines. In no way does the Alliance grant permission to the either present or future member(s) of the Alliance to exercise any type of control of member organizations.
PART V - PROVISIONS
The Alliance consists of the following provisions. These provisions may be amended by mutual agreement of the member organizations.
1 Dialogs and contacts between Governments
1.1 A continuing dialog through correspondence or face-to-face encounters between diplomatic representatives of the respective organizations for the exchange of information concerning the STAR TREK Universe and for their direct discussion, enabling further growth for both organizations.
1.2 Diplomats are seen as representatives of their government, thus preventing misjudgment and underestimation while supervising rights, honor and interests of their organizations and their members, but also as individuals being a positive example for the whole of fandom, openly-minded they support interaction between the individual chapters and the organizations.
2 Dialogs and contacts between individual members
2.1 Members of the organizations who participate within the Alliance may attend meetings and functions as guests (non-voting members) and will be given the respect due to an ally by the host organization. As a guest, they will act as observers only; however, they may add input based on experience or knowledge.
2.2 The guest will be accorded the respect due to him or her as a diplomatic representative.
3 Game Play
3.1 All members are invited to take part in role-playing games (PBM/LARP).
4 The Prime Directive and the Way of the Warrior.
4.1 Both organizations, DD and IBKW, are no forum for political or religious debate, nor are they vehicles of ambition.
4.2 All forms of competition only exist in the realm of fantasy. The organizations commit themselves to the rule of equal rights, equal dignity, and mutual respect for all species, life forms, and sentient beings.
4.3 All representatives of the undersigned organizations shall take seriously any violation of one of these principles filed against a member of one organization by a member of another organization.
4.4 It is agreed to appropriately investigate such allegations, involving all necessary levels of the organization as is necessary to resolve and ameliorate said situation.
5 Agreement of mutual assistance
5.1 DD may turn to the IBKW when needed and if required by the principles of the Prime Directive and the Way of the Warrior.
5.2 The IBKW may turn to DD under the same options.
5.3 This agreement may also include newsletter exchanges, cultural exchanges, and links between web pages, etc.
6 Disagreement between individual organizations
6.1 Will be arbitrated in an open forum by the governing bodies of the interested organizations.
6.2 If the matter cannot be settled by mutual agreement, an objective third party member may be selected to hear the arbitration, agreed upon by both parties in disagreement.
7 Alliances with other organizations.
7.1 Admission into the Alliance must be by mutual agreement of the members of the Alliance at the time of petition or request.
PART VI - SIGNATURES/FULL POWER STATEMENT
I, [ally representative name], having read the terms of this accord do hereby certify that I am a diplomatic representative of the Destiny Dealers with full powers to execute this accord on behalf of Destiny Dealers;
I, Big Kahuna, having read the terms of this accord, do hereby certify that I hold the position Ambassador of The Imperial Brotherhood of Klingon Warriors, with the full power to execute this accord on behalf of its Chancellor and government.

Hi Big Kahuna,
I agree with most parts of the treaty. As the clan leader I m able to do the negotions for DD in this pact.
But I ask you to delete 8. "Dual Membership", because that would conflict with DD clan rules.
Apart from that I see the importance that our clans join forces in times of dangers, to bring back peace and justice to the galaxy.

IT IS WITH REGRET THAT I HAVE TO INFORM YOU WE WILL BE WITHRAWING FROM OUR N.A.P .
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOURSELF ,KEEPER OR MARTIN ETC WE STILL HOLD RESPECT FOR YOU GUYS THIS IS DUE TO YOUR MEMBER DEATH TRAP.
WHEN I CAME ONTO A2 AND OUR VENTRILO I WAS TOLD BY BEAR THAT DEATH TRAP WAS BANNED FROM HIS GAMES BECAUSE BEAR WAS SICK OF HIS BIG MOUTH AND CHILDISH COMMENTS SO BEAR ENEDED UP LEAVING A GAME WITH ME AND FRAGGER BECAUSE DT WAS ON THE OTHER TEAM , NOT MEETING DT BEFORE I DECIDED TO MAKE MY OWN MIND UP AND PLAY THE GAME WITH TUFFY AND OUR 3RD GUY OLD SPY GUY,ANYHOW OLD SPY GUY WAS POOR AND DIDNT GIVE ME CORB AND TUFFY HIT YOR PLANETS INSTEAD OF YOUR BORG AND YOUR GUYS ROLLED US.
THIS WAS FINE IT HAPPENS SO I SAID THE USUAL GG AND LEFT THE GAME WHEN OVER, THEN BACK IN THE LOBBY I GET A PM FROM DEATH TRAP TELLING ME HOW HE IS GOING TO PUT UP THE BATTLE REPORT ALONG WITH THE MANY THAT WILL FOLLOW IN FUTURE DUE TO OUR WEAK CLAN AND HOW TOMMOROW YOUR GONNA PLAY A PROPER CLAN NOT A WEAK ONE LIKE OURS IE: MDA .
HE THEN WAS BLABBING LOADS OF OTHER CHILDISH STUFF AT ME LIKE HOW HE WILL KICK MY **** IN FUTURE ETC, I THEN ASKED HIM TO STOP THE PM'S TO ME WHICH HE DID NOT DO, I THEN ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED A 1V1 IF HE THINKS HE'S SO COOL AND HE WAS LIKE YEAH ANYTHING BUT WASSUP (LOL) .
AS HE WOULD NOT STOP PM'ING ME I THEN TOLD HIM TO GO AWAY.
SO THIS IS WHY WE ARE DISSOLVING THE N.A.P DUE TO DEATH TRAP.

Oh ok,
well then, its sad that there will be no alliance or N.A.P, due to this isolated incident.
Actually things might have heated up after some [DD] got kicked from IBWK game(s) or just didnt feel welcome.
But I dont want to blame anyone and hope that we have still good relations in the future, like we had in the past, even without a pact.
