First thing, sorry for my english. ;) Doese any got som idea from what type of plane will be this part??? Is about 1 meter lengh. I'm 100% positive that this is a german plane, but this part got no numbers no nothing. Please HELP :D

your English is ok. Welcome to the board.
first, i am going to state the obvious. the air vents would seem to indicate that it was part of an engine or radiator cover.
i have looked at photos of many German aircraft and the only one that i can find with a similar type of vent is the Henshel HS 123. its on the top of the fusalage, forward of the cockpit.
im not saying its from this aircraft, but i can find it on no other German planes so far

Jop! I found it myself. It was near city of Zary (Poland) german name of this city was Sorau, flying combat school during WW 2. Couple kilometers from Sorau is Sagan (Zagan), remember "Great Escape"??? Stalag Luft Sagan. I was thinking that this comes from some big plane, like bomber but on pictures was nothing like this so perhaps your right. :)
