Hello, I searched for the homepage of Samurai Legends, because the map was so fun :)
It is SO perfectly made:
-The models
-The nature
-The game play
The only bad thing is that you can get bored on it (what game cant get you bored?), the gameplay idea is kind of same like DotA, but with better mapmaking :)
I have always been fascinated (is it right spelled?) of Samurai's and especially Ninja's.
I have read all of the 4 Lian Hearn's books about the Clan Otori.
If you like Samurai's and Ninja's you would like the books!
A small question :roll:

Well at least clan ORD is at Europe. I suggest sending Omerta a pm. I would help - since I'm ORD's chieftain - but my internet is seriously messed up. It cuts me off very often. So I can't play :cry: That's why it's better to ask Omerta so he could host a testgame. If Omerta is too busy then maybe I'll stop by sometime to take a look and see what we can come up with.

TSW just broke up.No serious emotional troubles or nothing the clan just wasnt working out.Not enough people to play,not to many people were exited o well.If you are on Azeroth east i recomend KonL.Although clan Saol is much more active.Its what you would like to pick Skill or Playing more often.

By the way, I always disconnect from battle.net after 1 game, I dunno why, but I think it has to do with my hardware firewall... Kind of annoying to re-enter my password after one game :x

Well, this is not taking any stabs, but if you're looking for an SL clan, I'd say you've got multiple options
ORD (wtf, I was told that clan died/was very inactive by Lyncor a month ago or so, they're back?) is up there, feel free.
KoNL considers themself to be the most skilled clan in SL, but are VERY inactive. They're on east.
FoS a new clan for MORE than just SL, though they do all customs. Most active clan, I'd say. (KoNL members go to that channel. -_^)
It's a toss up, and up to you. KoNL has their nose pretty high though, don't let many people in. I do know that much.

ORD is pretty inactive at the moment, true. If there is someone to blame for it, I guess it's me. Forb (chieftain) has had his connection fucked up for some time already and I'm just being inactive despite that.
Anyway, when I do pay a visit every few days, I host a game or two. Send me a whisper or forum PM if you wan't to play.

KoNL members are friendly, and being that KoNL and FoS are currently working together toward a common goal of enjoyable gaming, of course we visit the clan channel. That isn't to say that we don't spend most of our channel-time in our OWN channel, as you have inferred.
Additionally, nothing meant against FoS in the slightest - but how can they be the 'most active clan' if they are not technically an SL clan? Food for thought, simply for the purpose of further dismantling your point.

Please go to page two of our clan statistics. Oh! What's what? Note the two new Peon-ranked members. KoNL does indeed still recruit new members - the reason we haven't been taking many in as of late is because we have been sending them off to other clans so as to help those clans develop and prosper, for the good of the SL community.
I will say again. Do not pull your backstabbing dissention-inducing lies on me or my clan, Grima Wormtongue of the SL Community.

wow i musta been away for a bit i dint kno knot still posted bout sl (sup man ) :D
Any way if ur on europe best bet is clan ord(though ive never played them) i believe there ur only choice on europe(unless some new clans are poping up)
Konl is the most experienced sl clan (shuld expect that since i believe there the first) they have perfected some damn good strategys and u culd learn a lot from them.
FoS is (from wat i hear) a general clan devoted to custom games, i kno of a few good players there, (S-Cry-ed, Stu pidiot, firestarterxx, and of course the formal knotalive now turned Menthol-love) these players are all qualified to a degree to help u with sl.
If my clan was still up i would invite u to it alas it is dead :(
my recomendations would be tho, either go with ord(same server) or be a no clanner for a bit, trust me soon u realize that bein in a clan isnt all its cracked up to be. :D

You're most welcome to drop by our clan channel 'Clan KoNL' on USEast if you're there. As well as our own clan members we have quite a few clan friends who drop by and play games with us, so yeah, being a non clanner for a while and getting to know the different clans is also an option.

The SL-based discussion is generally kept to more private sections of the forum, where we can chat in peace. It's a relatively private forum, and as such, a simple registered account starts off only able to access the Front Desk and Visitor's Lounge. Due to the increased interest, we may create some more public sections - but the vast bulk of the chatter happens in the members-only areas. It is, after all, a forum for the clan.
That said, feel free to post in the Visitor's Lounge. It's quite devoid of useful threads, so you might have to make one (Or a few) about the topic(s) you wish to discuss. People will read it and reply to it, though - just because you can't see our sections doesn't mean we can't see yours. :D

Could we stop ranking the clans for fucks sake? I hate this "KoNL is oldest and because of that the most skilled and knowledgeable clan" -crap. Even if it's true and the point is not to be an ass, it makes the other clans look bad in a way. Seriously...
Just tell people the goddamn choices, without bragging and without going into details. I doubt anyone cares which clans nooK likes or doesn't like or other such crap...Like this...
KoNL: First SL clan ever made. On Azeroth (US East)
ORD: Second SL clan made. On Northrend (Europe)
FoS: Newest clan to be associated with SL. Not purely an SL clan. Azeroth (US East)

Anyway, Lyncor, way to lie... You-DID-say such things, around a month ago. Then agian, lying from you is totally expected. No harm no foul.
FoS unfortunatly is kinda falling out into peices. Recently something happend in FoS that caused a good portion of the members to leave (including myself, and one of the shamans, sgt.slaughtz). They're still up and running, but it looks like their activity is going down (according to ClanGnome site) rapidly.
As for KoNL, they are hands down the least active SL clan, or clan that has anything to do with SL. Average active members was 0-1 last I checked (that's zero active members to one active members).
Oh and hey, I didn't know you were part of ORD, and I'm sure it's not your fault, Om. Inactivity of a high rank can always harm the clan, but cannot kill it. If you ever need help with recruitment, I'll be glad to come over and help ya. I can pull in a good 5+ skilled and active members a day ^_^
As for cry and wiz and whatnot, I have no problem with them, actually. To be honest, other than the lack of maturity that they show with their flaming... I enjoy being around them. They flame me, without reason.
Oh and bd, get ahold of me, let's SL it up =o
(and what's your take on the new hero, btw?)

ok , i do hold a grudge against knot for calling me a pussy. Infact out of everything thats happened that 1 little line of text is still burnt into my mind. 1. he would be all nice to everyone, kiss the leader's ass la de da...... for about 2 weeks-ish
2. he would start to assert some power here and there, testing his boundaries.
