I have some Ideas to make the server better:
1. let people donate for stuff , that we can buy a root fast... and be 24/7 online!
2. At a high lvl you can post in the forum that u want an g31 animal now....that makes gaming interesting for the people.
3. Show your friends the server and promote that we will be a huge community soon.
4. Vote on the kalserver-toplist every day that we are in the top10 servers!

thats true couse of that donating system will be like on no other server and we implement it very late
