Hmm, it's hard to decide for me as a non-religious person.
In one hand I am from Baltic region. So the Baltic should be my choice. But Estonians seemed to have different beliefs than Latvians and Lithuanians because of the difference in our origin and languages. Gods varied too. Though there are numerous stuff common. And anyway most things are still unclear due to lack of knowledge of writing before christians came here.
In the other hand -- it is believed that old Estonians were greatly affected by Swedes and thus from Vikings. Theory says that Estonian god Tharaphita came originally from Thor.
So I'm facing a dilemma... :P

i would agree with that! i don't care that much about being active religious but i think the German/Viking is the most interesting religious "stream", you know!

I hate all forms of religious believes but I like almost all as LITERATURE or as ANTHROPOLOGY sth to study, not as a religion to follow itself, so OBVIOUSLY I like ALL OF THOSE, though my vote went for the "hating religions" chocice :P

i'm swiss, so my roots is with the helvetians, who where celtcs.
but i guess, the attitude to live with honour, pride and honesty is well known in every pagan religion, though i don't like the expression "religion". it's more my way of life...

i don´t think about them as religious ways..runes has the same or perhaps a greater poetry than a Safo´s poem, Perkon wields fiercer the thunder than Zeus...all of those are just ways and simbols of the road wich us all follows.....christians created religion, christians maded religions , paganism, witchery,burnings & torture...the thing is not about to be with an especific way to see the world...but to see them all and feed from them.
