Just wondering if anybody has read it? If not then you should - it's a fantastic series!
The books are a fictional account of the life of the famous British Warrior Queen. Apparently Ancient Celtic culture is very similiar to Native American culture too, so you guys might find it interesting.

You definitely should look for it, it's one of the best series I've ever read (very close to LOTR on my favourite books list)! :D

"Series"? are ther more books than one? I read the first one and its fantastic. There is another book "Boadicea - the last queen of the celts" by Manfred Böckl (OT: Die letzte Königin der Kelten) It deals probably with the same person Boudica but in another way. Well it still is about the Romans and Great Britain but toldin another way. i don't know if the book also exists in english.
I myself love the whole celtic culture. this is totally my topic. and because they were so alike to the native american culture i also fell in love with them.

I also just hit on it accidentally in a bookshop.
there is some information about her on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boudica this is really interesting. I love these stories about strong women

yep you told me so I googled it. I wanted to know more about it. But sadly they don't mentioned when it will be in cinemas.
edit: They already DID a movie (the article is from 2004) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9BBkq7U84o but I'm not sure if it is the one Mel Gibson did. That more looks like an independent movie^^

they were published... but the 2nd book is really hard to get. I consider if I'll get it in english. What are the english titles of them?

My friend actually ordered them for me from the UK, but I think we can get them here too.

thx... these titles fit the stories more than the german ones. I can also order them on a bookshop nearby - where they get them from I have no idea.
