1) I have ask about "Clan Subforums in this Forum?" what think all of this idea?
PS: I Find 5 Polish good players. Polish Clan Cooming Soon...
2) a) I have ask about "Country Forum?" for clan recrutaiment etc... what think allof this idea?
When i see good player i have send his to this forum for register and join to clan be nice if be send it to Polish Section. Moore people, moore pro playrs, moore fun!
2) b) I have ask about only "Clan Recruntaiment SubForum" for clan recrutaiment etc... what think all of this idea?

For KoNL, I currently host a forum. We have our own forum, via our own means.
I don't know if ORD does this as well. It's a very good idea to.

Also clan KoNL dose its recrutment through battle net, after one has proven themself to be a good player and a good person.this proces is ushaly takes over a week, this alows for a good clan comunity and keep us all happy :)
so i advise dont just invite someone into your clan cos they are good at SL make shure they are a good person :)

I cannot agree more with what Anton just said.
KoNL is such an amazing clan to be in not just because we play SL a lot and (I like to think) we're really quite good at it.
KoNL, to me, is an amazing clan because the people in it are so damn friendly. We regularly just hang out in the clan channel and talk about all kinds of stuff - entertained simply by the social aspect of each others' company. And because we can do that, when it comes to the actual games themselves, it feels more like you're fighting alongside brothers than just with other gamers.
THAT is the kind of thing that you can achieve if you are patient and selective with your recruiting. And -that- is how you build what I would call a successful clan.

Lync and Anton it's not like that's a patent for you guys. I have always required that my subordinates are good people, and so far they are.

never said it was :) i was just saying its a good approach, and trying to help make shure people arent who are not just being welcomed into the"ranks of the elite" just because they are good at the game. what i was geting at was, while its good to win because you have 1 person on your team who is super awsum at the game/map, it can sometimes take all of the fun out of that game if they are not a nice person. i was not trying to say this is the way 'we' do it and no one elce dose it this way and you all should, or eny thing like that. it just works for us.
