Long John Porkchop was a friendly pirate. He sailed the seven seas in his boat, The Lonely Pig. Long John was used to being alone. He had spent years alone and he was content. Once in awhile, he would make port and mix with the other pigs in a town. But he never stayed long. He was always moving on.
One day in the town of Cold, he caught a short glimpse of the Lady Ice. She was held prisoner by Lord Punch Face. She was a sad little thing. But, it was the only life she knew. There was something about her, something behind the sadness, a rare and interesting beauty.
Something happened to the old pirate. For the first time in years, he smiled. He knew. Lady Ice was going to be his woman. Now, the hard part. How to win her heart?

So, Long John Porkchop took his time. He knew that Lady Ice had only had mean boyfriends and didn't know what it was like to be treated like a princess. So, Long John began to do nice things for her.
He sent her food. Her favorite was chocolate. He sent her songs. She liked them. He sent her poems. Her heart got warm.
There was a great problem in the town of Cold. Poor Lady Ice was not well. She had a bad fever and her heart was upset. How to help her? Long John would have to think.

Lady Ice had only two things holding her back. School and work.
She was forced to go to a horrible school where all the girls were jealous and all the boys tried to attack her.
She got over her fever, and she went to school.......it was gone. The whole school was gone! No more school! Yay! Did it burn down??
Lady Ice was also forced to work a horrible job where she got hurt often and the boys hit her butt all day and tried to attack her.
So, she went to work one day, and the job was gone! Yay! No more job. Did the place burn down?
Long John Porkchop sure was good with matches, wasn't he?

Now that there was no school or job, Lady Ice found herself kind of bored.
She looked around and saw all the cute but stupid boys. Should I go with one of them? But she knew, they treated her like meat...to be used and then abused and thrown away.
Hmmmm.......she saw the older pirate standing by his ship. He is a little older, I think...but he is strong and rugged. Maybe it is time for an ocean voyage?
She walked over to the ship.............

They lived together......happily ever after!
Their kids? That is a story for another day!
