...have you learned or are you still learning to play your instrument?
did you have a teacher? have you even studied it? or do you learn on your own by using tabs, learning-videos/dvds or just by means of a friend?
well, when I'd bought my Ibanez it was already clear to me that I couldn't afford a teacher...also I would have had a time-problem! when should I've been going to a teacher?!
therefore I got my ass down and learned on my own by using tablatures and other online-resources, also dvds and videos and it works, not that good, but it works :)
so...??

I taught playing guitar (melodies & chords) myself. Never had a teacher.
I did take lessons (beginners' course) for didgeridoo.
The mouth harp is something I taught myself too, with the guidance of an Australian friend.

wow you truly play the Didgeridoo?...this is positively kinda weird, as you are from Europe :) but as you've said you have an australian friend...
however this is an amazing instrument which sounds great!

I've been playing saxophone since I was 10 (I'm 18 now). I still have a teacher. And I like this instrument more than all other. And besides, I learn to play a little gitarre. :)

I've been having a Violin teacher since i was four ... i've been also influenced by two or three other teachers who have been my conducters ... but i have a friend who tries to teach himself violin ... he had guitar lessons and thought this would be an easy job ;)
