I see so many applications on the forums these days, we have plenty of ppl in our guild but still we can't always get our raids full :(
I was thinking about creating a backup guild where everyone who wants can join. If there is a spot left in our raid we can choose someone from that guild. If we really need a new person in our main team we can choose the best person from the second guild, no need to search for ppl and hoping to find a mature person.
Think about it and discuss ;)

well Jimfin since we cant both be on an Alt and on the Main at the same time ;)
I think its a good idea, to make a kinda "waiting" guild, for the ones that makes an application.
If it would interest them tho.

Who on earth would be satified with being in ALT/backup guild of an endgame guild? i know i wouldn't... it's doable, yes. But only if we start rocking again in BWL/mc and so on..
