Have you heard it yet? What do you think if you have heard it? It's a no bullshit, no ego trip and nothing to do with G$...this is a masterpiece. I think it's solid as hell. I only dislike one song and thats track #9 Loving You Without You Now because it reminds me of Nothing Can Keep You From Me from Psycho Circus (crap).
I'm so glad Paul is back with Desmond Child. They have written some amazing stuff in the past on albums like Animalize (1984) and Asylum (1985). Like I've Had Enough (Into The Fire), Heaven's On Fire, Under The Gun (with Eric Carr), King of the Mountain (with Bruce Kulick), Who Wants To Be Lonely (with Jean Beauvoir) and Uh! All Night (with Beauvoir) to name a few.
There are some amazing tracks on this album like the Live To Win, Wake Up Screaming, Bulletproof, All About You, It's Not Me and especially Where Angles Dare...A MODERN CLASSIC! This should be the single! Fuckin' amazing song!
Take any artist that made a name for himself in the 60s and 70s. No one and I mean NO ONE has ever released something as good as this by themselves in this millenium!
GET IT if you like Paul Stanley in the 80s and on Carnival of Souls prior to the reunion. He picked up where he left off!

I have the first Paul Stanley solo album, and it's definitely a favourite. I'll check this out too on your recommendation.
It will be out in October. I have the URL to the complete album but I don't want to share it. I don't wan't Paul to lose sales. He deserves every penny for this effort. FUCK GENE! I know I'm going to buy the official release so I'm not ashamed.
i would be very interested in hearing this album.

Ich hatte bereits die Gelegenheit das Album zu hören und bin sehr angetan. Es ist, wie ich es auch erwartet hatte, ein typisches Paul Stanley-Album, d. h. eng angelegt an das, was man auch von Kiss von ihm kennt. Allerdings klingt die Musik überraschend frisch und modern und lehnt sich nur selten an die Paul-Kompositionen aus den 80ern an. Die meisten Songs krachen und warten mit einer guten Gitarrenarbeit auf (z. B. Bulletproof) und Balladen dürfen bei Mr. Stanley natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Insgesamt ist das Album nicht nur für Kiss-Fans, sondern für jeden der gitarrenlastigen Rock mit schönen Harmonien und tollen Vocals mag, absolut empfehlenswert!
