I think thast Making the Potions add up in 1 inventory will be good. since there i only ix lot, it fills up the inventory slots.
its a good thing that potions will be rejuvination-ish.
some item's effect is to weak for example, the ring, it only regenerates 1, hp per second, which i find, useless.
and items that need honour(which i very hard to get) have pretty underpowered effects...
well, just haring my thought. :D

I guess there is nothing wrong with starting a new thread on this, but basically all this stuff has been raised already and argued back and forth on the Item Balance Thread. Probably it would be more fruitful if you read through a bit and voice your opinion on how things stand (according to what nooK has indicated for the next version) rather than restarting everything from step 0.
