Here's a link to photos a the crash sites of Corsairs FG-1A Bu # 13858 and F4U-1D Bu # 50391. That crashed after a mid air collision over Mt Tamalpais, CA on Oct 4, 1945. Both pilots bailed out, one was badly injuried.

A lot of parts are photographed with part numbers and inspectors stamps :n108:
