Ahhh  Gina that's a wine you drink heated! It's a perfect drink for in the Winter and in Germany they have these lovely Christmas markets with lots of Christmas thingies and then you even drink it outside.
Also when you're ice skating you can drink it outside although that is a little dangerous as ice skating needs concentrating!
Anyway it tastes very good but you mostly drink it when it's cold outside.

I'm doing fine thanks, have a new job since a couple of months and am very busy with it, days fly by I'm afraid.
Soon (within a month or so) Simply Red will start touring Europe and I understand there's still no news about a tour in the US??
Romy is doing good too, it's almost summer holidays so only a couple of weeks of hard work at school for her and she can relax a bit.
We're going to Italy on holiday, do you have any nice holiday plans??
    How's Rosie?? And your mum?

Congratulations on your new job!! What kind of work is it? Do you like it? Yes, still no word about an SR tour here in the U.S. I doubt they'll ever come here again  Glad to hear Romy is doing well - what grade is she in now? Where in Italy are you going & for how long? My only holiday plans are for tennis camp in July & Atlantic City with my mom for Labor Day weekend in September. My mom is doing good, thanks for asking. And Rosy is as adorable as ever!! She just turned 3, but she still acts like a little baby :D

Romy is in grade 7 (at least I think it's the american grade 7, it's 9 overhere) and will hopefully go to grade 8 in August.
Can't write too much inhere as you hopefully will understand but we're still busy with lots of things.

    Hiya Gina,
Sorry it took me so long to answer again.
Yes it's a very interesting job, I do learn a lot I agree but I love to work with people of all ages so this job actually fits me perfect!
Also we do have American Soap Opera's and I've seen Days of our Lives a few times but that's a long time ago as it's only aired during daytime.
We also have "The Bold and the Beautiful", "As the World turnes", Grey's Anatomy, Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives and lots and lots of American shows. Really love them!
Well one advantage of my late answer is that your tenniscamp is not far away anymore!

My holiday is in August, have to work for another two months I'm afraid. :hae
We do have a lot of American and English shows indeed but I do understand why you don't have any Dutch shows and that's because hardly no one speaks the language  and we don't have many interesting ones.
Apart from ................ have you heard about Big Brother??
That actually is a Dutch concept and copied throughout the world.

They do the same the other way around I'm afraid :motz but fortunately in Holland they use subtitles for foreign shows.
The German television on the other hand synchronizes almost everything and that's really odd if you hear a famous American actor speak German!

Yes, that's true, we get everything synchronised. I think I don't know the real voice of Robin Williams, or Johnnie Depp, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise etc. ...
OK, as long as they don't synchronize Mick singing on the tellie...

OK, as long as they don't synchronize Mick singing on the tellie...
True Michi that's absolutely the most important and as for the real voices of the actors I do know a little story .... some years ago John Cleese took part in a commercial in Germany with his own voice but .... the german people hated his voice so this commercial was synchronised aswell  that's why I do understand you don't know the real voices!

    Thanks! Same to you.
They do the same the other way around I'm afraid :motz but fortunately in Holland they use subtitles for foreign shows.
The German television on the other hand synchronizes almost everything and that's really odd if you hear a famous American actor speak German!
    :hug Yolanda

Oooh....I would think that could be sexxxy....
Oh really?? Well you should look for a nice german guy then!
I think it's really strange and don't like it at all especially not when you know someone voice sounds sooo much different!
Maybe someday you can hear this ............
    :hug Yolanda

LOL, yeah!! I love German dudes :P
