ich sitze hier und rauche
und denk an das, was ich brauche..
ich brauche spaß ich brauche stimmung
ich komm nicht mehr zur besinnung..
ohne mein eines ferlangen..
bin in mir selbst gefangen..
befreit werden kann ich..das ist mir klar
weiß ich womit? ohh ja..
es gibt jemanden, der mir helfen kann..
aber wann??
ich weiß es nicht, doch eins ist klar..
mit dir.. wäre alles wunderbar..
ich sitze hier, und denke nach..
womit ich schon den ganzen tag verbrach...
ich fühl mich wie in ketten..
kommst du irgendwann, um mich zu retten..
befreie mich.. und ich schwöre dir..
ich werde nicht zulassen das dir etwas passiert.
ich werde behüten meinen engel der du bist..
und ich hoffe das du dies nie vergisst..

nur allein bei dir zu sein, dafür würd ich alles geben
für dich würd ich geben mein verdammtes Leben
und bin ich dann endlich bei dir
so wird sofort ganz anders mir
und lieg ich dann in deinem Arm
fühl ich mich geborgen, du hälst mich warm
und muss darauf bald einer gehn
hab ich das gefühl, mein herz bleibt stehen
ich trau mich gar nicht dich dann los zu lassen
denn immer noch kann ich mein Glück nicht fassen...

She stands in the rain, not caring who knows
Her hair is soaked and fingers nearly froze
She blinks, tears escape from her eyes
As it mixed with the water of the skies
Her heart is cold, hurt and broken

She bows her head down, wishes the nightmare away
Raises her head and stops half way
In front of her is the boy she loved
Her sweetheart, her beloved
He stands there with a smirk on his face
Her heart begins to jump and race
Slowly his smile disappers and sadness fills his eyes
As she coverd her face with her hands and slowly begins to cry
His pain was her suffering and all over again
It hurt like before, just like then
When he spoke, his words were calm
As he placed his hand on her palm
"I won't lie to you, and never will
Please tell me you will fulfill
Please forgive me and don't forget
The wonderful night that we first met
Red is like your heart, that takes my breath away
Red is like your blood, that will never betray

I was her first crush but my best friend was her first love
I didn't feel the same way she did for me though..back then
For I was in love with someone else..
someone who broke my heart
And now, because of my neglection she fel in love with someone else
..my best friend
It is hard for me not to tel her how I feel,
how much I want her to be the one to bring her happiness,
how much I want to be the one who hugs her
and loves her in that special way
But instead I am the one who's in my best friend's shadows

Yes, sometimes it is hard for me to accept the truth
that she and I will never be
