(Whatever phone number you have currently listed on your paypal account to will be called to confirm within 45 minutes of the transacion.) First time customers are always contacted by phone to verify the authorization of the transaction. Yes they call internationally.
* Make sure that you are able to answer your phone within 1-45 mins of the transaction. Non answer will result in declined transaction, ammount refunded to paypal account, and reason for rejection email sent to paypal email address.
1. When you make a purchase, make sure its from your private residence and not an "Internet Cafe" or "Gaming Center". The other of the 2 verification process is your IP address (Physical Location) must match your paypal address. If it does not then you will have to go through other verification methods.
* A tip to process faster if you are not at your home address is on the notation section when confirming the purchase with paypal, put your current address that you are making the payment from in it .
Verification process will only have to be completed once as long as your next purchases are from the same IP address, paypal account, and phone number as the first. If any of those 3 change they will have to call to re-verify your account again for security purposes.

This is the safest and easiest payment method out right now. Versitiliy of Paypal with security of TrustWho. In order for someone to use your paypal account, they would have to be at your house with your phone in their posession or it will not go through and will be refunded instantly
Mir ist aufgefallen, dass es zu einigen Problemen fuer Spieler bei Benutzung der neuen Zahlungsmethode Paypal (TrustWho) gab.
Die meisten Transaktionen wurden aufgrund der folgenden Probleme zurueckgewiesen:
1. Keine Antwort bei der von dir angegebenen Rufnummer.
Jede Transaktion wird telefonisch bestaetigt, dass heisst du wirst innerhalb von 45 Minuten angerufen und musst jede Transaktion bestaetigen.
Und ja, sie rufen auch international an.
* Sei sicher, dass du innerhalb von 45 Minuten per Telefon erreichbar bist.
Keine Antwort wird die Zahlung stornieren, Ueberweisungskosten bleiben und dir wird eine Email mit dem Fehler geschickt.
2. Wenn du was bestellst, sei sicher, dass es von deinem Zuhause geschieht und nicht von einem "Internet Cafe" oder einem "Gaming Center" aus.
Denn die andere der 2 Sicherheitsabfragen ist deine IP-Adresse. (Physischer Standort) Sie muss mit deiner Paypal Addresse uebereinstimmen. Wenn sie das nicht tut, wirst du mit anderen Sicherheitsabfragen konfrontiert.
* Ein kleiner Tipp um die Prozedur schneller durchzufuehren: Wenn du momentan nicht zu hause bist, wenn du eine Aktion durchfuehrst, aendere in den Einstellungen deine Adresse, zu der, von der du aktuell die Transaktion durchfuehrst.
Die Sicherheitsabfragen werden nur aufhoeren, wenn du bei deiner naechsten Ueberweisung von der selben IP-Adresse, mit dem selben Paypal Account und der selben Telefonnummer ueberweist.
Wenn irgendwas der 3 Einstellungen veraendert wird, wirst du wieder einen Anruf als Sicherheit bekommen, und musst deinen Account erneut verifizieren.

Wenn also jemand etwas ueber deinen Paypal Account ueberweisen will,
