Reasons for entering the blackbook of the Illuminat guild.
Here are some reasons for entering our blackbook and what you have to do.
Reasons:
1.Thieving
2.Insulting.
3.Get killed.

Solutions:
1.Thieving-->The thief has to pay the items back and 5k.
2.Insulting-->The guildmember should try to solve the problem politly and don't use any sort of violence.
3.Get killed-->Before act wrong, speak with the playerkiller and ask for his reason, if his/her reason make no sense tell him you want a payment for your death, just if it won't help speak with the council and tell them
what happened.Just if you get the permission to kill him, you can do it.
