Nope. They don't even have everything settled for THIS year yet. Would be nice...especially to get further afield... :wink:

It looks like they are just joining on to big gigs with lots of other bands to me, after looking at the German dates??

Need to book dates on OUR calendars NOW for at least several concerts...
They will be announcing more summer 2006 UK tour dates soon.... (SR website)
If we HAVE to travel to Europe, hope they let us know "now" if not doing concerts over here....
Please Please Please......?? Have to schedule VACATION TIME !!!
Have not even heard Perfect Love on the radio over here yet, have you ?
Maybe if no US tour, wish a TV appearance with the whole band ensemble could be scheduled ?
It's an enormous task to visit the whole world, and to please everyone.
Hungry for THE MUSIC, to see a concert.......

The 2006 Montreux Jazz Festival goes from 30 June to 18 (or 15) July. So still plenty of time for SR to be added to the line up. Final line up is announced in April. And what a great occasion to promote a new album. :rock
We can only hope. I might even consider myself available for Montreux, if it happens. :wink:

Hi Jo Joe hope everthing is okay? Glad to see to many "oldies" from the SR-site.
In August 2003 I was in Bonn, it was bloody hot, 38 degrees.
Luckily it was an outside concert, really super. I hope that it's the same thing this year, it's the same place (Museumplatz). We saw Mick playing football cos it was all open, a great warm up for us :D
It was a normal concert, if you can speak about normal if it concerns Simply Red 8)

It was soooo damn hot that summer night, wasn't it? I think it was more than "just" 38°C ... and the temperature even rose when Simply Red appeared on stage :D ...
I still remember our "YES I WOULD"-screams resounding through the air 8) I bet the Kölner Dom in the neighbour town was shaking to the beat :wink:

Hi everyboby,
As says Njola, it seems that Simply Red are just joining on to big gigs with lots of other bands in July 2006.
They'll be in Belgium at the WT Classic Festival in Wechter on the Saturday July 8th (between Leeds castel-UK) and Bospop Festival-Holland)
