They rock. I mean, unbelievably. Check out their site for show dates (all east coast, sorry), sample tracks, live music downloads, and to buy their album. If it's at all possible for you though, you should go see them in person, they're absolutely INSANE live. I went to their March 10 show at the North by Northwest in philly, and ended up chilling with with them at a house party where they jammed til 2AM. Most fun I've had in a while, it was crazy.

They are extremely cool, and not just because they only recently started having any success :-P I can't imagine those guys ever getting snobby. Gimme a little while and I'll put up some pictures, and maybe a video or two in the next couple days.

I might check out their music if I can, but I won't go to any concert. Surrounded by a bunch of screaming people is not my idea of a good time. :P :lol:

Never fear, they're not that kind of concerts. They're a jam band, and not too well known yet, so they attract small crowds of people actually there to listen. I'm not big on screaming people either, I guarantee you'll love seeing them. And you're in NY so you have no excuse :-P

Not knowing me is a good point, that could be kinda weird. Although I've met a few other people I didn't know at all and it turned out okay, but I had someone to vouch for them. As for not going by yourself, I'm planning to if I have to, so whats the big deal?

I just started uploading a shot of them at the NXNW, so I'll have that up as soon as it finishes and then a couple shots from the party. In the next day or two I'm going to upload a couple videos I took too, and they're all going onto my putfile account so if you don't see it posted here soon you can check that, since I need to upload it to give to a friend of mine who was there with me anyway. He's actually the one who clued me in to them.

They're definitely all about the music, as in they don't have a specific stage image. They just show up in street clothes and turn out kickass tunes.

Hey, gimme a break :-P The table was low and next to me, not in front of me so I had nothing to rest my elbows on, I took it in the dark with no flash meaning a long exposure, AND I was blazed. Just you wait for the one I took with a flash, I didn't use it on that one because it would have been rather obnoxious, sitting right in his face and all.

Well, I went with three friends, the band was four, plus the three or four friends of theirs they brought, plus the about three people that actually lived there...so like 15-20 all in that little living room. I was amazed the blunt we (the people I went with) rolled went all the way around more than once.
