I've been reading about the July 'Leylands at Crich' event in the new issue of the TMS Journal - I'm by no means a bus enthusiast, however I think that the very old buses are lovely to look at, and the Barnsley bus that visited for the Enthusiast's Day last year was magnificent. The TMS seem to be hoping that this will be a big crowd-puller, so I hope the event is a big success and the sun shines on it!

What really interested me was the fact that the oldest buses will be present for the Edwardian Weekend this year. I've been tempted by this event for a while now - but that's really swung it for me, it looks like it should be a very entertaining event. Tramathon seems to have gone a bit stale to me recently so I may well try this instead!
