    Walter's World Renowned Spicy Szechwan Peanut Sauce Recipie
    Here by popular demand, is a basic recipie for the sauce. For the noodles, you can just use angel hair, and then chop in peanuts and cucumbers.

    Sauce:
    Ingredients:
    10 large cloves garlic, lightly smashed and peeled.
    2/3 bunch fresh coriander leaves and upper stems
    1/2 cup unseasoned peanut butter (If you're ridiculous you can make your own)
    1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon thin soy sauce
    5 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon hot chilli oil.

    Mince the garlic and coriander together in a food processer, scraping down the edges until fine. Mix in all the other ingredients in any order you choose, it really doesn't matter.
    When finished, and this is really important, you have to let the sauce sit for at least hour before serving for the flavors to mix properly. Otherwise, you're just wasting everybody's time. It keeps indefinitly in an airtight jar in the fridge, but it's best fresh.
