So we have a pretty solid database. It could get bigger, but it is at a workable size. That means we need to move forward with this project.
We need a message to send out to all of the clubs, with some sort of purpose. The ideas are:
A project that includes all clubs
A get together for all club leaders
A wallingford neighborhood cleanuup
A calender of events
A program/handbook that includes bios of every club
What does everybody think?

So, it's still in the works, but right now the tentative "end goal" for this project is to hold an all-school all-clubs event where we can mingle, learn more about each other's clubs, and most importantly:
Launch a unifying project.
The idea behind this is that we first launch a contest: "If you could have all the clubs at Garfield work on one important issue, what would it be and why?" Not even a full-blown essay is necessary, either. The less requirements, the better. Then, at this shindig, we can have (with the necessary support gained ahead of time) all the clubs agree to work together on one important issue.
It'lll be great.

That sounds like a fabulous idea. Lets just make sure we continnue to look for a solution to schedule conflicts and other day to day club issues that we can try to improve as well.
