Most reccomended is Black Gobball Wool at the moment (still needed about 9000 for lvl40 and 5slot)

Disclaimer:
Shields are only to be used for players that 'pay 2 play' and have an alignment - either Bontarian or Brakmarian. And then only in 'Player vs. Player' situations - not agains normal monsters/mobs/(dopple?)

maybe you should also include the requirements for the shields:
ALL shields require an alignement to be equipped and are effective only in PvP fights.
Gobbal Shield has requirement "PP>0" which means the Alignement RANK (not "level") has to be higher than 0 = any wings will work.
Lumberjack Shield already has PP>1 requirement, meaning only lvl 2 wings can use it (i have lvl 1 wings and cannot wear it atm).
and so forth...
