Does anyone know what the deal is with this (single)? Some sites, also Hauner's, list it as a release but it is nowhere on the web and no details anywhere. Was this something that was once planned to be released but was not?

this single was released only in scandinavia. i`m also interested in tracklist at least and if possible in mp3 :roll:

Releast in scandinavia? in this period i always pre send mony to manu 4 the forthcoming singel and after venus in cains remix i got te seven wonders promopack whit a white & Blue striped t-shirt whit the U96 loggo and text Seven Wonders. so i think it´s never released, maby only as a club vinyl.
Maby this hauner chould Come online and share his huge collection whit us :)

hmm, 2000 before the best of u96 was released i got tracklist from manu, there was love generation and even the chartposition in scandinavia (9). and there was also in your mind (dj promo mix). i think, that was promo cd

Hauners collection is not complete, what Jan and I found out, he misses about 30-40 releases
And I read somewhere that Love Generation was released in Scandinavie,

There was never a Radio edit done or a singel releast 4 love genaration. i asked Matiz about it, they explaind tat there where planns 4 a L G release but they skipt it and moved on to the new project Seven Wonders.
I also asked them about allt the other unpubilshed stuff like rythem of life and the other and the answer was that alredy in 96 the band started to have problems, alex whanted to be more commercial and the oters whanted to stay U96 style, they did some tracks for rythem of life and released Seven Wonders as singel but it had no succex, they had recorded about 7 songs 4 the album alredy and whaited some month and try to see if the sounds was working so the relesed Calling the angel whit Dea-Li but it did not work and the album was completely canseld. the problems began to grow whit the no succex electro stuff and afer 98 the guy´s split up.
They came together again in 99 4 the best of stuff than split up, they worked together whit the kinski stuff and splitt again, and tryed one last time whit We call it love but the track got some legal problems and engine was shut down.
The matiz dude told me that everything that was recorded whit U96 has been released and alex told me the same.
when the guy´s did their last split in 03/04 alex keept the name U96, the matiz dudes did also whant to have it but it was registert to alex.
i dont know how the fighting was but if we look how things look today it must have been something like this:
Matiz vs Alex or
Heyo+ Ingo vs Alex and Helmut or
Heyo+ Ingo vs Alex vs Helmut
Heyo and Ingo is still working together as potemkin. Alex is enjoying life on his own but were the hell helmut has gone i dont know.
We can only hope that Alex get´s bored whit his gay eurodance and whants to do Heavy stuff again. but i dont think so :(

So the only reference to this is a Wiki entry that it was inthe Scandinavian charts. But was it really? And if so, was it really released? I don't think so (sorry Thierry haha:-)) because I have never ever seen this release. But hmmmm then why does Wiki say this... and who made that entry anyway???
