Thought this might be interesting - bored and snowed in!
Mine are
1. do more work when i go to the gym - sitting chatting to mates in the jacuzzi does not count.
2. try not to shout when I am on the phone - drives everybody insane!
3. go to at least one sr gig abroad - preferably Amsterdam
4. go into sr chat more often than i did before - if we ever get it back
5. go dancing every week - I love it

Hi Sue,
Nice resolutions. I also have to go to the gym or do more sports. Aerobics once a week just isn't enough.
I'm thinking about the rest...

PS I have already got tickets to go and see Simply Red twice next year (Weert, The Netherlands and Bonn, Germany). Hope you will also get to see them next year!

I only have 1 New Year's Resolution and that is to make
2006 a hell of a better year than 2005 was for me. lol

I second that!!! Apart from the last quarter of 2005 it was really a year I would love to forget. Things can only get better :wink:
My New Year's resolution? Do I have any? Hmmm, maybe these:
1. Giving up on being a lazy fool :oops:
2. Practicing my Saxophone regularly ... and delete the sentence "I can do it tomorrow" from my biological memory board :?
3. Do some sports and gym for that 2006 is going to be a better year :shock:
4. Enjoy life :D
5. Going on Simply Red Open Air Tour for (hopefully) at least 3 concerts (Bonn, Hannover, Gelsenkirchen) 8)

Those all sound good...
I'm going to try to "listen more", then pause, then listen some more.
Try to completely finish "projects" before beginning a new one.
Learn more about my computer....not just for work either.
Get organized (in a new way I may not have tried before).
Promise to "get rid" of things, either recycle or donate them.
Read up on all the instructions that came with electronics, all the toys and gadgets that Santa brought (new MP3 Player, new Cell Phone)...

Sorry 2005 didn't go so well for you, Michi! But your resolutions are good. I'm starting up bass guitar again after 10+ years...I've resolved to practice at least 2 hours a day to get up to speed. Let's encourage each other on our instruments. :-D

2005 was a fairly good year for me. Seen many distant friends, made a few newies, seen Simply Red live.
So, my new years resolution is:
Not take myself so seriously.
Laugh more at myself.
