this has been here for a while so just for you, here are a few clues.
its not Japanese but i can see why you said it. :cool:
i only found this plane when searching for the answer to another quiz. i have never heard of it before.
so here are more things.
there were only 147 of these made. :roll:
they were the replacement for a famous type of A/C.
first flew in 1944.
its not European but, Beware!! ;)

i would also have a problem identifying this AC and as i havent been fair by saying its not European i will give you another clue..
its British :D
i said non European because Britain was not considered by us to be part of Europe then.
