Dear Friends,
we are in research about an unidentified plane crashed near Tizzano Val Parma on appennine mountains. Witness saw the propeller was similar to a P 47 and the parts found was metal finished.
I haven't P 47 crash close to this area but sometimes macr are wrong.
A collector in the town shom me some pieces here in photo and seems similar to P47 pieces. Is possible to see also some numbers. Can you help me, it is very important!
Diego

Hi Diego,
It would be helpful to know the numbers to identify the parts or the typ of aircraft!
Regards,
T.

Hi, the pieces are not mine. There is a cirle where you can read 71 in the lower part and OR on the left out of circle. I will return to who have the pieces but is difficult to read the others numbers.

It would be also helpful to have a picture of the stamp!
