She has also held her own with Women’s Champions and battled through a host of unusual conditions in unique contests such as the Lingerie Pillow Fight and “Fulfill Your Fantasy” Diva Battle Royal.
The world of sports-entertainment first got a look at the Baltimore native as a “Nitro Girl” in WCW. Her stunning looks captured the attention of millions of fans, and she quickly outgrew that sideline role. She’d become the manager of a variety of tag teams, which occasionally meant she’d have to defend herself in the ring, as well. And with her 5-foot-11 frame, those long legs and as arsenal of kicks, opponents couldn’t afford to underestimate her.
Stacy entered WWE during the WCW Invasion of 2001. In October of that year, she found the Dudleys — a team worthy of her talents — and became their manager. By March, she had secured her team an opportunity at the World Tag Team Championship. But that match illustrated just how dangerous her job can be, as the frustrated Dudleys put Stacy through a table when they failed to win the championship that night.
Stacy’s also been known to use her immense beauty to her advantage. In April 2002, she persuaded an enraptured Mr. McMahon to make her his executive assistant.
