Attention all customers, there are reports of an auto-downloadable, and auto-installation trojan that steals your account name and password upon visiting the website. Allakhazam.com was one of the many websites that became a intermediary victim, as the orginator came from an advertisement agency that posted an advertisement on intermediary websites.
The point of this annoucement is to educate all customers the methods of protecting your computer from unscrupulous programs that will compromise sensitive data such as passwords and credit card information. The first, and most important step is to update your Operating System regularly, and keep your firewall, anti-virus up-to-date. To see if you are affected by this Trojan Horse, look in the Program files, internet explorer directory for a file called "syssmss.exe". If it is present, you have the Trojan on your machine; kill the process in the task manager and delete this file, along with the copy placed in %WIN_DIR%Downloaded Program Files, called either "fucksnow.exe" or "muma.exe".
When certain that your computer is clean, change your world of warcraft password immediately. Update your windows OS and do a thorough virus scan on your computer to be certain.
