Hi all !
I have asked in newsgruops if you need to use the UFC to fly through alliance partner minefield without getting damaged or setting an alliance is enough.
My Question was :

When you are in an active alliance (both or more allies have switch to attack OFF for each ally member etc.) this is a true statement.
When there would be an ally limit and you have all allowed allies set AND you have one or more friendly races for trade (NAP as an agreement etc.) THEN you also need the correct UFC for those NAP races. Just a hint and suggestion...
