Ok, if you start with an archer and you want to have some info, here it is :P :
Stats
------
First you need to aim for (basic)
Strength 50 ---> Needed for the on target points
Health 50 ---> Important on higher lvl, and when you're attacked by 2 mobs
Intelligence 8 ---> Don't put any points in it
Wisdom 15-20 ---> 80-90% of the attackings are based on skills(mana)
Agility 90 ---> For you're attacking points and evasion points, you'll evade the enemy's attack
You'll reach these stats at middle 30, begin 40
Then if you reached lvl 40, you have to choose
Raising strength for the otp
Rasing health for the health points...
Raising agility for more evasion
Or a mixture, like most people do
My stats are (basic) at lvl 43
Strength 51
Health 60
Intelligence 8
Wisdom 25
Agility 90
And from now on i'll raise my health till 70, strength to 60 and wisdom up to 30 because you can't behead most of the high lvl mobs

Skills
-------
A few skills you realy need to max:
- Concentration (gives 20 otp)
- Staggering blow, most important skill for archers
- Heart breaker, same as staggering.It needs more time to charge but stuns the enemy (yellow = always, orange = most of the time, red = sometimes, purple = rarely)
- Fatal blow, x% more dmg if it succeeds
- Perfect evasion, to evade more attacks of the enemy
Other skills:
- Flamy arrow, i maxed it too but it's a matter of personnal feeling and you need it for blow up arrow. So put 5 points in it
- Poison arrow, no need to put skillpoints in here but i put one skillpoint in it just for fun
- Blow up arrow, can't give much information about it because i don't have it YET ;)
