I think I had a panic attack..I've never had one before, but I'm pretty sure that's what it was
I was dizzy I couldn't breathe and I couldn't stop crying and yelling..
I belted the crap out of my sisters dog, and I've never ever hit an animal before..
I scared my dog so much she pee'd on the floor..
I'd been to the movies and when I came home my sisters dog had chewed up one of the seat cushions on the sofa..the whole f-cking seat cushion
I was gone a few hours, how the f-ck am I supposed to go into hospital for 3 days and leave the dogs alone? I won't have a house to come back to..
and I can't just take the cushions off all the chair and put them in another room, that's not fair to our dogs, it's winter, they need somewhere warm to sleep...and if you have just blankets he drags them out the doggy door into the rain..
and I can't lock him outside without locking the others outside..because we have a doggy door
and she doesn't come back for 2 weeks or more..
he's just as likey to chew up dads $9,000 massage chair, and I can't move it..it's too big, I wouldn't get it through the door..
I don't know what to do..
hope the surgery gets cancelled I guess..

I've never had a panic attack, but lots of those in my former therapy group have. According to them it's like an orgasm: If you're not sure if you've ever had one, then you have not.

Panic attacks, from what I've seen, are different for everyone. It's possible you had one. I know that they really really suck.
And yes, make her pay.

I'm sorry..it seems cliche, but it's really not you, it's me..
I'm under a lot of pressure right now..
I have one day till the surgery, and they can still call at any time to cancel it..
I'm so scared that they'll cancel again..It's so hard to get over..each time it gets worse..
and it shouldn't, they're just boobs right? and it's not life threatening or anything
I'm sorry :-(
