Do you ever just sort of tear them short when you get out of the shower (or anytime, it's just easier after a shower) rather than clipping them? I find it oddly entertaining.

I usually tear them off, unless it doesnt work, then I use scissors.

I actually have to soak them in epsom salt and then clip them with scissors. I have unusually thick toenails.

I tear them and line them up on the table until I have ten. Then I sort them by size. If I've done it correctly I should have two big ones, two slightly smaller, and so on. Five pairs. Then I like to kinda roll up the eight small ones (while they're still wet and soft) before I throw all ten in the trash.

I do that sometimes, just for the novelty of rolling up a toenail.

You forgot to have biting as an option, although I don't really do that much anymore. I usually tear them, the big toe needs a clippers.

So in this order

tear
clipper
bite
