It's July 13th..she made a point of reminding me that it could very well be cancelled again...
My dad is away, and will still be away..and they won't let you come home from hospital unless you have someone to look after you..
Which means my sister..
But the week of the date is stocktake at work, and the boss will be mega pissed if she asks for the day off..
then there are the dogs..my other sister phoned tonight to remind me she was leaving her dog here for 3 weeks..which is fine..and it's the week before and 2 weeks after the surgery..great timing..
and....that reminded me about my dogs..what will I do with them? they're not the type of dogs that can just be left alone..or even have someone pop in and feed them..they're pretty spoilt, and my sisters dog is even worse..
I'm guessing since fate has a sense of humour, that this time the surgery won't get cancelled simply because it's gonna be a pain to organise :P

There is always a solution to pure practicalities! But of course, Life, the Universe and Everything working in the usual way, the operation will be cancelled if - and only if - you solve those practical problems.

I could look after your dogs if you want me to. That would of course mean I would have to stay there, so that would mean you need to trust me a fair bit :P
