Like I said in the previs MJ thread.
The mother was a money hungry whore and half the charges were bullshit.. throw the fact that the juries were star struck dim wits that took their personal disliking of the horrible woman into their judgements of right and wrong and valah.. NOT GUILTY
Come on I lost faith in the justice system the day fucking blake walked..

Jackson got off (on a kid) for one simple reason. He's famous. It's the same reason that Hollywood can make movies with prepubescent girls making out, why music stars can sing about humping underage girls, why a band of fake lesbos can bring 200 teenage girls onstage at the MTV movie awards, dress them in schoolgirl outfits, let them strip and make out... AND EVERYONE IS OK WITH THIS.
Yet, take your average joe, if I look cross eyed at a 17 year old girl, I'm up on charges, I'll be convicted.

That depends. In much of the U.S. the AoC is 16.

I was 16 when I went on the pill, I didn't know that the AoC was 17 here. the doctors wasn't going to give it to me at first, but I just told her that I didn't want to get pregnant. Thinking back, she took at bit of a risk since there was no parental consent given.

That's kinda strange... Over here, if a doctor decides a young girl is physically mature enough to take the pill without ill effects, she or he could be in deep shit if s/he denies her the Pill...

I actually don't know the rule here, maybe the doctor did make a judgement call. I was mature enough to sit there & tell her that I was having sex with my bf & didn't want to get pregnant.

Same here. You can get both the pill and buy condoms, before the age of consent. Preventative maintenance.
